I ordered the promotion trio. The double crunch shrimp had other regular breaded shrimp with it. They told me they were trying to get rid of the other kind of shrimp. Offered to bring me more but since it took 40 minutes for my food to come I wasn't about to wait for it. The sad thing is the manager didn't offer to reduce the price of the one meal at all. Just made excuses. Very unprofessional. It may be awhile until I am back. If you are offering something as a promotion, serve that or tell people you don't have it. I would have ordered differently then.

We sat for quit awhile before getting waited on. We asked the waitress for our drinks and our order. I asked for a side of ranch dressing with my meal. We had the 2 for 25 so ordered an appetizer and main course. The appetizer came and right behind it was the main course seconds later. My meal came without the request of a side of ranch dressing so I asked again to get it. Never came, nor did a refill on my husband's tea. We looked around and could not locate our waitress (by this time we were almost done with our meal). The table next to us asked the hostess if she could locate our waitress. She appeared and assisted that table and we stopped her and asked for the ranch and refill. She brought the request and then disappeared again!! Last time we wi6visit this Applebee's location!!!

So I never leave reviews anywhere. We came in yesterday on August 24th 2025 at around 6:30-7 they was not packed or crazy busy. We got seated then it took about 15 minutes before a waiter even came over to ask what we wanted to drink. We ordered our appetizer and our drinks 25 minutes later we still had not received our drinks my wife ordered a water which is crazy can’t even get a glass of water in 25 minutes. We decided to just get up and leave told the waitress at the front that we waited 25 minutes and didn’t receive even our drinks So with all that said if you want to go out to eat pick somewhere else and save yourself the hassle

Been coming here on and off for 20+ years and has always found new ways to make us not want to come back, this time was long wait and overcooked steak that was served in a lake of oil. Also a chicken sandwich that had to be eaten with a fork due to the amount of sauce that covered it.

Im honestly surprised that my family and I did not have a great time, we love Applebee's and are very disappointed. We got seated, it took over 15 minutes to get our drinks and 30 minutes for our apps. By the time we got our food, it had been 1.5 hrs of us sitting at the table. The food came out cold too, and my steak was far overcooked. I ordered it medium rare and got a well-done steak. The manager was not great to deal with either; he lied, saying we had only been sitting for 14 minutes. I had been watching the time from the minute I walked in, since I had other things to do that day. Top it off, I now have food poisoning.
This location is a joke, it was good years ago but now is not worth it.

Absolutely rude and the worst service I've ever had. Made us feel uncomfortable!
We went for lunch at 12:30pm. Never got our food the people across from us came 15 min after us and got their food in 10 min. The people behind us came in 10 after us and good their food in 10 min. I asked the waitress when our food was coming and she said soon. After 45 min we left and went to Culver's across the street. We won't be back.

Unfortunately there was a limited menu when we visited, the host staff were unaware until half way through our service. Management dropped the ball. Additionally the limited menu failed to notify the item we ordered was spicy. I love spice but my date couldn’t eat hers.

Stopped in last week with the family after my daughters school program. We all had a great time together. The food was awesome, especially the triple chocolate meltdown with ice cream I ordered and enjoyed with the kiddos before our main course. 😋
