My husband and I come here regularly and this particular worker always gets the drinks wrong, it has happened more regularly now. We ordered 1 medium drink and 1 large drink and a small but instead we get 1 medium drink and 2 small drinks. We also have said we wanted a Diet Coke but instead either we get a Dr. Pepper or regular Coke. We have asked once asked to remake a new drink that we ordered but when we get a new drink back it’s still not the drink we ordered. At this time this worker either needs to get retrained or take his time. We normally come around an hour before Arby’s closes.

Was in Arby's 3/10/2025 at 3pm, ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches but one with no red sauce. It came to me with the red sauce, no big deal, I took it back and said politely I ordered it with no sauce, the girl cooking the food was very rude. She stated well Merry Christmas. Accidents happen but if you are so unhappy with your job, get another job. Being rude to customers who were nothing but polite to you is UNCALLED FOR.

They have surf and turf the whole restaurant smells of sea good
Food was great, guy in the drive through recommended 4 for 10, instead of the 3 we originally wanted, was cheaper to get the 4 for 10! I appreciate his letting us know that, the other sandwich was gone the next day. Hardly any wait time for the drive through when we were there.
