We have been here 3 nights in a row (as we are hotel guests) we have had 3 different bartenders all who completely hated their jobs and voiced it as working. One was even swearing saying she was about to walk out and saying the f word every other sentence.
The service was slow. Everyone around us was complaining. We had 1 drink in 2.5 hours because we were never asked if we wanted another. Tables were coming up to the bar demanding their food and asking for answers. One mom said she was going on 1 hour and 20 minutes for 2 kids meals.
The manager barely helped because she seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. We finally gave up and asked for our tab. Then she took my debit card for 20 minutes…then showed back up and asked if we had any wine? We said no we didn’t…we had a beer & a mixed drink. She then leaves again and finally comes back with our $8 tab. All 3 nights we had awful service. We kept going back hoping it would be different. So unprofessional, so understaffed.

The food was delicious. Service was a little slow, as other reviewers have said, but the food came out hot and delicious! We visited from out of town, and was impressed!

Went for our first time a few weeks ago and our waitress was amazing food was out of this world will definitely be back! My daughter had the chicken Alfredo and I had the pan fried walleye.
Friendly staff and helpful.Even won pool tabs which I never play.

Went for dinner. Our server was absolutely so so sweet and so kind. The Alfredo and the walleye had zero to no taste. Walleye was just such an off taste. Our server took great care of us. Manager girl, came over asked what went on. Had a terrible upfront presentation. Then went on to tell other employees who all stared at our direction. Unprofessional. And embarrassing. Again. Server was absolutely so so sweet. We tipped her well. We will not eat here again. We never complain and made it very clear we were very apologetic. Don’t charge $30 for fish that tastes old. Or $19 for Alfredo that had no taste. Drinks weee great!! If the manager responded in a kind professional way, we would not be leaving our review.

My friend and I decided to go to Baxter Bar and Restaurant ( Arrow wood hotel ) . We enjoyed our martinis! Our appetizer was absolutely amazing! Delicious!! Our server and entrees were very good also! Only issue was the music was hard rock and LOUD!! They did finally get some one to turn it down and change the music!! Thank goodness!! We could not hear each other speak!! We enjoyed it! Cheers!!

Had lunch on Labor Day weekend, hostess got us in right by the gorgeous view without having reservations. Hanni was great! Awesome meal.
