Been sitting at the bar for 20 minutes and have not even been acknowledged yet. By a very long range, absolute worst service anywhere I have ever been. Save your time and go ANYWHERE else.

My husband and I have been here three times in the last two months - first time took over 15 min for any one to acknowledge and seat us, the server didn’t bring us any flatware and never grabbed the second beer we ordered, same thing happened the second time where it took forever to get seated, third time we chose the bar, the bartender never greeted us, didn’t offer a drink menu, and had a poor attitude. We walked out without ordering. Always so many dirty tables. Unfortunately three bad experiences is enough for us to avoid coming back to the Baxter location. You need a hosts for busy weekends.

I doordashed 6 lemon pepper wings,15 boneless asian zing/buffalo the order came only the 6 lemon pepper came they went back to pick up the rest and came back with only 6 lemon pepper wings again.

Always love the service and food I receive from this Buffalo Wild Wings, I frequent here often, the bartenders and servers always make a great experience. Any mixups are quickly resolved and apologetic they actually try to make their customers happy

There is only a one star for the review because of an issue with payment! My bill came out to be $21.56. I gave my server an eight dollar cash tip in the tip portion of my receipt. I wrote cash in the tip amount of my visa slip. The server whose name is NEVA gave herself a tip for 15.07 on my card plus the eight dollars cash I gave for a tip, brought the tip to $23.07. THAT IS OVER THE AMOUNT I WAS CHARGED FOR FOOD! THE MANAGERS AT BRAINERD TOLD ME My card was only running for 2156 at the store, it’s weird it was being run at my bank for thirty six dollars and sixty three cents. I suppose they really really hate getting caught stealing!!! Go ahead eat there but you Better be checking your card the next day because you’re not gonna know what you’re paying for because this store is not run with integrity or honesty. You’ve been warned. I signed my slip for 2156 and it was ran for 3663.

Very very loud waited 10 minutes in line to get seated just for the server to ignore me and ask the group next to us how many then when I said we were first he rolled his eyes and continued to talk to the other group, after being seated the server was very very short with us couldn’t even finish a full sentence before he started walking away

Pretty standard BWW experience. It’s a smaller BWW than others I’ve been to, but same menu and vibes.

Great place to watch the game…. other than no sound…. wings are good, lots of different sauces. Bartender was good.

Buffalo Wild Wings was amazing as always. Am excited that they have an aol you can eat on traditional wings. Waitress I had too was friendly.

I love the wings but our service was terrible. They were not busy and 3 waitresses hung out at the end of the bar. We had to ask every time we needed something. She never checked on us even once while we were there. We always had to yell across the restaurant to get her to come over. Very disappointed. I have normally had good service on prior visits.
