Buffalo Wild Wings

The food here is always good and wait staff is usually friendly. It can be a long wait for food sometimes though. It can also get noisy especially during sports games, but it’s a sports bar so that’s to be expected.

DO NOT EAT HERE: I used to eat here quite often in the past and it seemed solid, but starting in December 2025 the quality, the service, and everything tanked.

I ordered a burger (Patty Melt) from this facility and it caused me to get food-poisoning. I know this because the symptoms were confirmed. I called BWW to let them know and got called a liar and hung up on. Emailed corporate and haven't heard anything. I filed a complaint with the city as well.

Due to friendship pressure I was forced a few weeks after this incident (AKA last night) to order again. This time I just focused on getting some wings as now I avidly avoid anything but chicken from them due to being POISONED.

This time I noticed a few issues with the wings. My wings kept shattering the bone with just barely any pressure, this is is generally due to mishandling the chicken, and ONTOP of that found one wing was still partially raw, luckily I saw it and disposed of it before getting poisoned again.

I'm pretty done with these two incidents that one made me sick for days and the other almost did. The kitchen staff need to be reorganized, or something because getting people sick, sending out raw food, is unacceptable.

Absolutely god awful service not just for myself but for the 4 other tables that were waiting with menus and no drinks for over 5 minutes.

We absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings and the service, usually. However, on our last visit we had a server that I’ve had once before a couple months ago and gave her some grace because she said she was new. This last time we were very frustrated with her from start to finish. From drinks (didn’t bring out the right sodas any of the times even when asked for the right ones), brought out the wrong food, charged wrong prices for an item. She took forever when we requested refills, boxes, bill, etc, even though she only had 2 tables going at a time. Overall terrible Experience with her. Again, we have had some amazing servers at this location and will stay clear from having this particular server again if possible.

it was a busy Monday night… thought we were gonna be there forever, but. A man named Cole, absolute beast got all our orders quickly, food came out great, and he had great ball knowledge. He was very nice and gave great advice, would Recommend having him every time i go there.

Have not ate at BWW since March of 2020 before that it had been years the bww in st cloud was garbage it was always slow and still some how the wings were cold and super cheap with the sauce so I quit going out of disappointment... was out of town decided to try them again and the Brainerd location was top notch sort of reminded me why I use to love BWW best wings I probably had ever had from BWW the wedges were crispy and hot too!

The music was too loud imo I get its a sports bar but having talk like I'm half drunk just so the person across the table from me can hear disappointing... It compounds the problem because then everyone else is talking 2x louder then they need to so it's a very loud environment I felt bad for the kids there, I mean if you're half drunk it's probably totally fine.

So the other night on the Jake Paul fight. I ordered ahead of the fight, like 2 hours in advance. For a DoorDash order directly through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. I figure it gives them plenty of time. When I got my food, it still tasted like freezer. Let alone it was still frozen in the middle part was cold, and it also tasted like it sat on the counter for the whole 2 hours. I called them to complain and talked to the manager and he couldn't do nothing to attempt to try to resolve my issues. He didn't even apologize. He said he would call me on Monday. Here it is Tuesday. I still have not yet gotten a call, highly upset, very disappointed.

I swear, Buffalo Wild Wings makes it IMPOSSIBLE to actually use your points. My husband placed an order tonight with his points, went to the store to pick up, and they didn’t even receive the order. But the app took his 6000 points. Can’t seem to ever use them when there is a special of any kind. No one in the store knows how to give direction on how to use them. So frustrating! So now we are out 6000 points and instead had to re order our food and spend $95. Get it together Buffalo Wild Wings 😡

Service wasn't great. Waiter took 5 minutes to help us to begin with took another few minutes to get straws for our pops. Never came back with the bill. I had to go to the register.

Best experience going out. Amazing people. Made us feel very comfortable and all around nice. made extra wings for us after accidentally throwing away our box when we went to the bathroom before leaving.
