Buffalo Wild Wings

I was just there for dinner and had terrible service! The bartender (Neva) was more concerned about the people at the bar then coming out from behind it. She also explained their special wrong so we ended up with a double order. Not happy at all, will not be back.

Food:
A lot of money for what you get. My mushroom swiss burger had no mushrooms just a lot of onion, bottom bun was so wet the paper from tray was tore and stuck to it couldn't pick it up to eat, my cheese on top was not even melted however burger was hot.

Had better our waitress seemed like she had better things to do just from tone of voice.

All in all I won't return, been here few times this was the last time. Burger and wrap with a drink $62.00 crazy. If your wondering why no tip it was the service, price and quality of food.

Had boneless wings first tray cold and hard and wings didn't have much sauce on them, 2nd tray hot but still very hard, still not saucey to the point didn't eat but two before mouth hurt. Our waitress was fantastic!!! This was not her fault and I wasn't asking again for them to get it right. I have eaten at other bww way way better

Came in for Veterans day. 30 minute wait with half seating closed due to not enough servers and slow under staffed kitchen. Watched 10 families walk out in 10 minutes before leaving. Came back an hour later to give another try. Another 15 minutes watching 4 more families leave and not a single employee Came to the front in that time. Left again doubt this will stay open at this rate sad to see on a busy holiday they couldn't have more than 3 employees in the whole building.

I usually don't write these reviews but.... I loved going to this place up until now. I redeemed buffalo chicken tots through the app and called to place the order for pick up! They successfully redeemed my buffalo tots but when I went to the establishment to pick up my tots the lady behind the counter told me that they did not have my order and the order was never placed. Even though the buffalo tots were taken off the app. So that means they did get my order and she lied to me.. So I lost some of my points for nothing I even wasted gas money to go and grab the food that they did not even have. Like I said I usually like this place but this experience was terrible. I lost points from redeeming and I have no food..

Brought 2 tween girls for a birthday lunch here and had an amazing experience. No one even batted an eye when we brought out coloring books and markers. Our server deserved the world she was so awesome.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly on the Saturday afternoon!

Lots of wings.... lots of flavors. Only my second time at a BWW, but I'm ready to go back. Caribbean jerk is my favorite.

Typical BWW atmosphere. Good service. Ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich. Husband said burger was actually very good. The chicken sandwich was ok. The flavor was as expected, but the size was thin and large. It was a little dry.

These were the driest wings I've ever had in my life. Considering this is what they're known for, that's sad. Ordered 40 wings, four different flavors, they all tasted like leather. How disappointing. The tap beer was not working and the pickup desk was grumpy. I don't blame them considering what they have to offer their customers. So sad. It's sad you have to go to another restaurant to get good wings. But I know just the restaurant. Ernies has the absolute best wings in God's Country. Don't waste your time with Buffalo Wild Wings. They are all talk and no action.

They take forever to help or acknowlege the people who come in. Terrible quality of small wings with barely any sauce. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to come to our table for a refill, ended up fixing my own. Poor quality service as well. Definitely not worth the $90.
