Went to Baxter Chipotle on Wed., 12-24 early afternoon. The place was extremely dirty-almost all tables had trash and food on them, even though not one person was sitting anywhere, the floor was dirty, behind the counter messy all over-food area and floor. I few workers were there but they were just standing around talking and joking around amongst themselves. Three of us customers were waiting for service. Many of the food containers were empty/near empty. One nearby girl finally decided to wait on me standing there but didn't seem too interested. I finally got my food to go. I wish I would've trusted my first instinct when walking in: dirty and workers not actually working. I'm surprised this place can be open with such poor care and management.

I don't know how this place is still open. Every once in a while I order pick up from here, typically with coworkers. It's honestly impressive how they get every single order wrong every time. Im not exaggerating. Every order, every time. I haven't eaten there in forever but decided to get it for lunch today since I got a gift card for Christmas. In a shocking turn of events, both myself and my coworker received completely wrong and ice cold orders. Im not even bothering to try for a refund because I'm not eating there anymore. If you're looking for killer Mexican food in the bowl and burrito form in the Brainerd area, go to Burritos California. You won't be disappointed.

We went there and the door is locked. Very disappointing when you have people who are unable to order online. Especially if your new to the food. Several people came and left because of it.
What a joke. We also gave our business elsewhere. To a place that was all about face to face customer service. And they were very friendly!

Every time I go there the tables are dirty, the floor is full.of food crumbs & garbage is overflowing. Today there was one other person in the dining room & not a single clean table. Had to wipe one down myself so we could eat. Unacceptable.

Food is fine, but this location must be seriously understaffed. It is typical to have to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru for an order you already placed online because they are backed up. About half the time, the order is missing one thing or another (guacamole, sauce on the side, etc).

Waited 30 minutes past my pick up time, asked for a add on shell to my online order since I couldn’t do it on the spot offered money and the worker told me to re order it and select a new pick up time. Pathetic

Waited in the pickup line for 40 mins, got my food 35 mins after it was “promised” to be done per the receipt. To top it off my order was wrong!

No salad dressing. No cooked veggies and onions. Very slow service. Counter person was doing the whole line. Usually they manage half the section. Hire a Manager at this location.

Do not go here!!!!! Listen to reviews. Manager sitting and talking with another associate when they don’t have the limited time meat available, 1/2 of everything else wasn’t either. One person manning the window, 1 person manning the front, 2 people sitting talking, and by far the slowest chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Stay away!

Due to short staffing a few weeks ago I was unable to enter the store to dine-in. Now fast forward to today. I waited 15 minutes in line with 2 people in front of me. I know it is not a single employees fault for what they are dealing with on my stop today. This is the fault of whoever is in charge. It's sad to see these people stretched so thin with no support. 5 pick up orders sat there as long as me and some were still sitting there when I left. None of the employees were communicating anything to each other and the whole place was silent. Napkins out, utensils out, lids for cups out. Food scattered all over the front line and floor. The grill cook could of cared less about what was low in the hot bins. Shoutout to the line guy he was busting his hump. My bowl is absolutely pitiful half of my toppings flew out of the bowl onto the counter and I got a half full container of food so that sucks and I didnt even have sufficient time to eat it as I had to get back to work. You guys have to do better, get them kids some help!

Not a customer in sight except us and every table was dirty. The pop station not stocked and also dirty. The chips were soggy. Employees nice but obviously not motivated to keep the lobby clean for customers.

The place needs to be cleaned up. Tables dirty. Floors dirty, bathrooms dirty. We came in at 11:05 am so they were only open 20 mins, and still every was dirty.
