The morning workers are lazy. I went in today on Black Friday. They were just sitting down eating and still had the restaurant locked 15 minutes after opening. I was in a rush so I couldn’t just sit and wait. My husband said the sign outside said they were closed on thanksgiving but today would resume normal hours

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. You’ll potentially wait 25+ mins in the pick up lane (12:40 pick up time, finally got to the window at 1:00 and they didn’t even have my order started.. they couldn’t find my order and then when they finally did I was told I’d need to wait another 5 mins) and you’ll get TINY portions. My burritos at any other location are double the size of the burritos I get at this location. Won’t be coming back as I’m sick of being disappointed every time I come.

I’ve given this place 6 to 8 opportunities to improve but there’s always an issue or they unexpectedly close the lobby. I like Chipotle and I hope they can figure this out so I can update my review.

Floors tables and food counter were dirty even though the store hadn't even been open 5 minutes, I watched them unlock the door and went in. Did not have the meat i wanted or vegetables, this is the only location I've ever been to that's consistently dirty and out of food items, I love chipotle but this location has ruined it for me.

when i was here food all over the floor on the kitchen side nasty and smaller portions then others i have been to from the city side probably wont be back at this one

Food is always cold, place is always filthy, and there is always one person behind the counter making orders - one person to build the orders, bag, and ring you up. 20 people in line and one person doing all the work.

The seven employees in the kitchen just stared without helping. Someone finally decided to come over and help. They did not have any vegetables. Someone spilled extra spicy sauce in the pico, so even though I ordered mild, I received a very fiery bowl. Dining room floor was sticky and rice and food was on the floor.
