I stopped in today just needing caffeine, and instead I left with a full heart. One of the baristas, Raven, drew a little fish on my cup — a totally random, kind gesture — but it meant far more to me than they could have known. It reminded me of a beloved pet pufferfish I recently lost, and that tiny bit of thoughtfulness turned my whole day around. 😭🤍🐡

The team here didn’t know my story, but their kindness reached me in such a personal way. Thank you for creating a warm, welcoming environment and for making a stranger feel seen. It truly is the little things — and this team gets that. ✨

I went to this location with my friends we went through the drive through and when I got to the speaker the lady was extremely rude to me, me and my friends wanted to do separate orders but she proceeded to tell us that “it would be inconvenient for me to do that can u just come inside” we went through the drive through because one of my friends tore her acl but we decided not to be an “inconvenience “ anyway and went in while she stayed in the car when we got inside all the employees were giving us all weird looks. When we got our drinks they tasted horrible which Carribou never tastes horrible. What a coincidence.

Once again, poor customer service at best. Went through drive through. Could barely hear the attendant and finally had to ask her "are you talking to me"? Her response was to shut off our vehicle. We again asked her to turn up the volume because we could not hear her talking. Finally we explained we would just order at the window. When we got to the window we explained we are at this location numerous times and have never had any problems with ordering while our vehicle was running. We asked her to have someone check the speaker volume in the drive-up. Her response to us was "well, you didn't even try!" Typical smart a$$ response from a teenager. This location just continues to spiral down in service. No, we did not purchase from this rude little helper.
