While the employees are nice, they seemed confused on how to work the app with the register, but we figured it out :). Ordered my delicious bagel but staff was busy filling ice and other things to have any urgency. The one gal didn’t notice the food cook was on a break and didn’t bother to help while gone. Super slow. Get it together gals and work as a team, customer first then fill your sink full of ice. Thank you.

SLOW! Ordered on the app. 4th car in line. Took 5 minutes per car so 20 minutes. When I got my medium espresso I took a sip. It was Luke warm at best. I felt bad for the people behind me so I just left. I will never go back. It's always slow here. The one on Washington and 6 is light years ahead. I never wait more than a minute there.

I got the Just Egg breakfast sandwich. It was pretty good, the flatbread was a little hard though. Clean establishment and the music volume was at an appropriate level
for a coffee shop. I am glad Caribou serves a few vegan options including bagels, fruit shakers, Just Egg breakfast sandwich and the blueberry almond overnight oats.

Got to the drive thru and the women was very rude. We ordered 5 hot turtles and she said we can't make that many this late. It was around 10 minutes before closing. She continued to tell us that this would take 10 to 15 minutes because they only have one machine. We live over 45 minutes away and buy multiple drinks when we come here. We are very disappointed in the way she handled our order. I understand things like this can be frustrating, as I have worked in many customer service positions, however we spend a lot of money here and feel this was handled very poorly.
