We purchased 2 love it size cones..they both were very good..zakita was very friendly..we would stop here again for ice cream !!

Good stuff. takes awhile to get through the line sometimes though.

We went to Cold Stone last week in Baxter and had excellent service!! My husband had the shake and said it was the best he had ever had!! I had the lactose-free ice cream, and it was yummy! We will be back!

Again their website, Google and posted hours say they are OPEN but when you get there 2 hours before posed closing time they have a sign on the door closing early. Nowonder the owner is trying to sell this place...good luck to whomever buys it. Will take a lot of goodwill to save this place.

Was craving some ice cream at 3:30 Sunday afternoon, and the hours state that it's open. Come to find the lights are off and the doors locked. No note on the door or anything.

Tried to go here 3 separate times during marked business hours but all 3 times it was closed. Was up in the area for President's day weekend.

This was the 2nd time we have visited in 2 months. Both times, the Creamery has been filthy, dirty front door and windows, sticky floors and a bathroom that would flunk inspection and no toilet paper. It seemed as though the business had not been cleaned in a good month or more.There was only one person working on the 4th of July. The ice cream was good but upon sitting down at a table, and seeing the filth, it was time to get up and leave. I’m sorry to say that we will not be returning to this location.

Customer service was terrible every time we have been to this location. Understaffed and rude. Last time we went in they were out of cake batter and the ice cream we ended up getting tasted old. Overall bad experiences, will not be returning to the Baxter cold stone.

Staff are not friendly at all. I understand they are young but I’m guessing that I’m close in age and I still know better. They barely look you in the eye, they don’t smile, and they act like you walking in has ruined their day. I read the reviews after stopping because I couldn’t believe the attitude of the girls working behind the counter. A lot of people are saying the same thing, so why hasn’t this been corrected by management? You’d be doing these girls a favor by teaching them proper customer service.

The ice cream was amazing but the staff is always having a hard time asking questions about what the customer wants. ESPECIALLY with holding the ice cream, like waffle cones or waffle bowls. They'll shove it in a cup without asking you before you have the chance to ask for anything different.

I'm here to pick up my cake, visiting family in the area, I'm from Duluth, and nobody is here, doors are locked, nobody answering phones. Guess my dad won't get his birthday cake. I'm sure getting a refund is going to be a real great experience. You are TERRIBLE.

Ordered an ice cream cake that was supposed to serve 8. I arrived to pick it up at 4:30 pm (their hrs on door 11am-10pm), and the doors were locked. I could see the girl behind the counter watching me. I was forced to call, and she still wouldn't let me in the store. She met me at the door, handed me the cake, and quickly shut the door behind her and relocked the door before I could check my order to see if it was correct. The cake I received only serves 6,
the cake was the wrong size. The year before, my cake wasn't even finished when I came to pick it up. Plus, the employees are rude. They make it clear you're just a huge inconvenience by just showing up.
