The ice cream was amazing but the staff is always having a hard time asking questions about what the customer wants. ESPECIALLY with holding the ice cream, like waffle cones or waffle bowls. They'll shove it in a cup without asking you before you have the chance to ask for anything different.

I'm here to pick up my cake, visiting family in the area, I'm from Duluth, and nobody is here, doors are locked, nobody answering phones. Guess my dad won't get his birthday cake. I'm sure getting a refund is going to be a real great experience. You are TERRIBLE.

Ordered an ice cream cake that was supposed to serve 8. I arrived to pick it up at 4:30 pm (their hrs on door 11am-10pm), and the doors were locked. I could see the girl behind the counter watching me. I was forced to call, and she still wouldn't let me in the store. She met me at the door, handed me the cake, and quickly shut the door behind her and relocked the door before I could check my order to see if it was correct. The cake I received only serves 6,
the cake was the wrong size. The year before, my cake wasn't even finished when I came to pick it up. Plus, the employees are rude. They make it clear you're just a huge inconvenience by just showing up.

Me and my mom went out of our way for cold stone and the signs and hours said they were open but the doors were locked. No one was in the store.

Had dinner next door at Grizzly's and decided to get a little ice cream. While waiting in line the young lady made a few milkshakes in front of me, and I decided that looked like a good idea. I asked for my milk shake and was promptly told "We don't have any clean blenders" I asked if she could rinse one out and use it for me. She replied that she didn't have time for that. Won't be going back there again.

Very, Very Poor Service from the two employees who Grudgingly waited on us and no one else was in the establishment. The quality of the ice cream was poor also, in the Baxter Mn Cold Stone Creamery. They lost two more customers who won't return.

While staffing only one employee on a busy summer Sunday night made for an extra long wait. The young lady working not only kept her composure while working through the long line but was able to exceed customer expectations while engaging with the little children in line. She did an outstanding job! Thank you!

Getting ice cream should be a joyful experience with your children. Their employees are anything but personable and short when you ask them questions. We'll be finding a new place to enjoy ice cream. The young lady helping us today seemed to be anywhere but working there.

They like hiring people with pedofile records to work with young teens girls at that. They fire and hire 1 in return. They leave 15 year olds run the store alone. There usually only 1 worker most of the day. The owners expects his Baxter business to be booming like his Fargo store but how when there only 1 person on at a time. Than he gets mad cuz they can't keep up. The store in debt

They aren’t doing the Halloween boo batter promo. Super sad :(

Arrived here at 9:05 pm, sign clearly states they close at 10 pm (along with their Google business listing). Watched the workers chase the last few customers out the door, shut it, lock it, and put their hands in the air in celebration and turn out the lights. Frustrating and disappointing to drive over here just to watch them close. If you're going to change your business hours, update something to say so as a courtesy to customers.
