Consistently the worst Culver’s I’ve had. The burgers aren’t seared properly, resulting in mushy bland patties that soak the bun in grease. Also rarley seasoned properly. I recently had Culver’s in Duluth, MN and it reminded me of what Culver’s can and SHOULD BE. Returning to my hometown weeks later craving that experience, I got the same mushy, soggy bland burger that this place always serves. Extremely frustrating knowing what it can be.

Usually never a Karen, this is the first review I’ve written. Go to this Culver’s a lot and usually have good service. Never again, bit into a chicken sandwich I just had that was ice cold still. Never have had that happen at a restaurant ever. Was inedible. Complete waste.

so I got off work and I went to Culver’s and I ordered a double cheeseburger with a small fry and keep in mind I was the only one in the drive-through. It took 30 minutes to get my food, (meanwhile I was the only one there and I saw four people talking in the kitchen doing nothing) just for it to only be a single patty burger and not even the right kind of burger that I ordered and the fries were cold and spilled in my bad with no kind of container. My food was manhandled had literal finger prints in it (i shouldve taken a photo but i was so furious). The bag and was rudely thrown at me plus my soda tasted like dirty dishes and wasnt gaven to me until i asked for it. I will not be eating here again and that’s ROUGH because i’m always in the area. they need better and more respectful and non lousy employees .

All their stuff is good except the custard. They are better than five guys because their fries are better and they have a healthier selection without sacrificing delicious food. Not important to the experience but the staff are chatty and it makes you feel at home. Just don’t get the custard. It tastes worse than ice cream.
