I was in the Baxter area with some friends for the weekend. We decided to grab some pizza, salad and cheesy bread from Dominos.Domino's. We placed our order as we waited for our pizza we noticed the little step and viewing area for the little kids to watch their pizza being made. My friends and I asked the guy ( I wish I could remember his name), who took our order, if he would be able to toss the crust in the background if we posed for a picture I'm front of him. He agreed and we got some great pictures! Thank you for making the ladies in the FAB 4 shirts night.

Ordered nearly $100 of pizza for a get-together at my house & they delivered to the wrong address. I called when I noticed on the app that it was “delivered” because we didn’t receive it & they said it was my fault because I put “leave at door” instead of “hand to person” - even though we were sitting in the driveway with our company the whole time. They said they would remake the order and redeliver but it would take now over an hour because “there’s hundreds of other people in Brainerd that want food too”. I spoke to Angel & Dallas, Dallas was not helpful at all & Angel was rude and disrespectful. In the end, we didn’t reach an agreement and the order was cancelled & I was hung up on. 10/10 would NOT recommend

Only thing I feel bad about is how the workers have to walk so far to the customer to give them their food outside, I planned to walk in and get it once I realized how far away you have to park for car side but the really nice worker already was at my truck window with our families food for our trip to the water park for the weekend. Super tasty and hot!

This is a five star review for the Baxter location inside Walmart. The girls working over there when I came to get my order were absolutely fabulous and extremely friendly. There was a slight mixup in my order and they had absolutely no problem fixing it and giving me credit. I will definitely go back to that location again.

I recently placed an order for four medium, one-topping pizzas for my family. I specifically created one pizza for myself, carefully selecting green peppers and banana peppers as my toppings. This is a regular choice for me, evident in my past order history on the app. However, when the pizzas finally arrived an hour after the initial 30-minute estimated time, I was met with a disheartening sight. Not only were my requested toppings present, but Domino's also decided to generously add extra green olives, a topping I never requested and actively dislike. This was not a simple mistake. It displayed a blatant disregard for my specific preferences and a complete lack of attention to detail. It’s as if they intentionally added the olives, mocking my dietary choices. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues with Domino's. Their service has been consistently unreliable, with late deliveries becoming the norm rather than the exception. The quality of the pizzas has also declined, with toppings often falling off and the crust becoming increasingly greasy. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was more than just an error. It was a deliberate act that demonstrated a lack of respect for my order and my preferences. I'm incredibly disappointed with this experience and will be strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. I urge Domino's to take this feedback seriously and improve their service. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially considering their reputation and the prices they charge. Rating: 0.5 out of 5 stars

My son and I ordered a pizza yesterday, very disappointed, we got a med pizza which was the size of a med and the wings were drizzled with bbq sauce. a while ago they were dipped in sauce. We will have to think long and hard about ordering from them again.

Got everything we ordered and food was warm, only issue was we ordered hand tossed crust and received what was closer to their "new york style" crust. I'm not going to try and speculate why, though I could attribute it to a 12am order needing rushed out before close (1AM) as we got into town super late (6hr drive).Didn't meet the driver (even though it was requested to "please leave at room door"), but I did find that leaving our recipt out on the front desk of a hotel was a little inappropriate due to private information being on it (name, room number, phone number, email). I feel like there should be a basic standard for information security. Or at least, don't request the information if you aren't going to use it.Won't be ordering back specifically due to lack of care for private information.
