Firehouse Subs Northwoods Crossing

The food was good, but the kids with short black hair that took my order blatantly screwed my order up so badly it was almost comical. He was walking around like someone just stole his soul & he was waiting for his pain to end.

But yea, good food, but more expensive than it probably should be.

I went with. A friend who recommended this place. He's a retired firefighter. I was pleasantly impressed with the friendliness of the staff who give great suggestions. They KNOW their sandwiches. They have decor all about first responders. Pictures of the local fire departments, a mural painted by a guy JOE PUKUS who does the large painting of the first responders community, and first responders get discounts when presenting their badge. What a cool place.. and I was amazed at the donations to several local community groups. What a great cause. We had the club hero sandwich which was thick with various meats and delicious! And the corned beef specialty was really good too. Their sandwiches are warm.

I really enjoy Firehouse subs. I have stopped at the brainerd store twice in the last year, both times I was the third car in line. Both times after waiting 15 minutes and the drive-thru for my sandwich I just drove off. They're cold sub sandwiches, it can't be that difficult. There were about five cars in the parking lot at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon but I don't think there's any excuse for waiting 15 minutes for a sub sandwich

Probably my new favorite sub place. The mushrooms are so, so good. The bacon was cooked perfectly and everything was warm and fresh.

Great sandwiches! A little spendy for fast food (sandwich w/ no included side) but a higher quality sandwich place can be hard to come by.

The subs are delicious, and the staff are very friendly. We have been here quite a few times and we love it. We definitely recommend it.

A friend picked up a meal for me due to sickness and a lovely employee decided to share some love by giving a gift of a Brownie! The thoughtfulness and compassion was so lovely! I don't have a name to recognize, just that it was a young lady and I wanted to say thank you!
