Literally 4 people working and it took almost 30 minutes to get our 2 subs. I have never seen people work so unenthusiastically in my life. No manager in sight; at least that I could see. On the rare occasion I decide to give this store another chance I leave irritated and disappointed.

My Grandma has chosen Firehouse subs as her Holiday go-to the last couple years to remove the stress and hassle of cooking and cleaning with specific limitations. I picked up the food ordered over the phone this Christmas Eve and really enjoyed the atmosphere during my first visit to the establishment. I regret not getting the two employees names but between taking my grandmother's order over the phone while helping multiple customers at the counter simultaneously (because she literally placed the order 30 minutes before the store closed) and preparing the absolutely delicious subs, they did an excellent job! 5/5⭐
