Hands down my favorite place to get lunch or breakfast. Wide variety of shakes to chose from and the customer service is always top notch! Rae and Spencer are always welcoming with big smiles on their faces! Simply the best!
Flame Nutrition’s shakes are the best!! Once you open the door you’ll be greeted with a smile by Rae and Spencer Thompson who will treat you like you just walked into their home. They serve a wide variety of flavored shakes made with your choice of fruit or a number of other flavors with a special flavor featured each month. I Love these shakes as a weight loss aid but also a tasty meal as often as I can. Thanks Rae and Spencer!!
