My son treated me to Ippin Ramen Sushi in Baxter, MN as a Dinner treat. We ordered as recommended by my son the Sushi and Ramen and Green Tea Ice-cream! All of this was for my birthday celebration! I was totally surprised and impressed 100%! Our waitress who is a young lady was so warm and friendly as well as very gracious , the entire restaurant staff made our day there so welcoming and inviting! We plan on coming back to celebrate my son's birthday as well! I highly recommend entirely to all who want to experience Japanese food in a very delicious way! Delicious food, friendly service in a nice and quiet atmosphere. I went for lunch on a Friday and the place was pretty quiet. I ordered edamame and a spicy ramen bowl.- The ramen was flavorful with a generous serving of pulled pork. 👌🏽

Had the char siu ramen and a yellowtail roll. Wife had the veggie ramen and an AAC roll (avocado-asparagus-cucmber). Great food. Discovered this place during a wedding weekend, and managed to swing by again -- had business in town; we live about 90 minutes away. Friendly staff -- wife had trouble w/ chopsticks and as I tried to show her, waitress came over and discreetly slipped her a fork. 🙂 Very good. The tonkatsu broth was very rich and flavorful, and not overly salty as at some places. Wish we lived closer.

We had three different kinds of ramen and sushi and it was all absolutely amazing. We told the guy waiting on us that is was first time there and he was very good giving recommendations and asking how much spice/seasoning we want. Very friendly service, fast service, food was fresh. All around a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back!

Great service, clean place, great food. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options and they were very accommodating for a person in our party that was gluten free. Brought a bottle of gluten free soy sauce to the table. The ramen was delicious and my kids devoured the veggie rolls. Will definitely come again!
