Food was like a rainbow coming out of my mouth!!! Chris the manager set a record time by making my in 54.8 seconds.

Always good sandwiches no matter the state.

Manager makes me uncomfortable, I think he is into weird stuff.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience at this store was disappointing enough to speak up. The General Manager was extremely rude to me and my family. He also made fun of an elderly couple for not knowing where to order. It was completely unacceptable and should never happen again. A good leader sets the tone for the team, and unfortunately, this one did not create a welcoming or respectful environment. I hope this gets addressed swiftly, because no customer deserves to be treated like that.

Love their subs. They also give a ton of money to Special Olympics!! Keep up the great work

Best sub place around. Closest one to me there is and every time I’m in Baxter I always order one. I’m already anticipating it tomorrow .

I always have to make a stop here when I come to town because I love these subs so much! Also, the staff here are the friendliest group of people. I hope the owner/manager realizes how great their staff is and treats them right because a crew like this is rare to come across these days ❤️

I live about 30 miles north of Brainerd and don't make it there often and with so many restaurants I hadn't had the chance to try Jersey Mike's yet. I was there the evening of October 30th and when I walked in Tammy was preparing an order for someone. It smelled so good I asked her what she was making. She told me it was the Buffalo Chicken. As I pondered the menu she informed me of the different best selling subs. I ultimately settled on the Buffalo Chicken and wow was it good! Spicy without being too spicy and the Bleu cheese is perfect on it. I will definitely be back again.

Crew on 24 Oct 1330 went above and beyond with my order! There was an issue with my order, they fixed immediately with beautiful smiles and kindness. They are the shining stars to my day that has been rough till now. Thank you very much!! Favorite place to eat while we are in town!!

The manager was amazing! Absolutely on top of his game. Other employees were trying their best. The sandwiches were very good. I do recommend this place.
