I have been to several locations across Minnesota and have been very satisfied with all of them except for this location. This location uses about half the ingredients in my Unwich Sandwiches, incuding the lettuce. I will no longer use this location because of it. I tried 3 separate times and each time were the same results. I am a stroke survivor, and control my diabetes with proper diet. So I have to rely on adequate amounts of food when I eat. Do the right thing!

Fast and friendly service on black Friday. Plus the atmosphere was beautiful when serenaded by the entire staff singing "Hallelujah". Beautiful voices <3
We had our orders delivered to our companies location and mine was delivered incorrectly. I asked for BTO "bread taken out" and whom ever decided to change it to an unwich.... I was not satisfied. This is something that Jimmy Johns is known for. Scooping out bread... not replacing it with Lettuce, as not requested. Please instruct your teams as to how to do this. Unfortunately I had to deal with this. But if I go to your shop and order it this way in the future I hope your team has been informed. I do like my bread...but not as much. Thanks.

I feel so bad for the 1 person working at 8pm. Apparently the franchise owner doesn't care about this place. Overall bad reviews and you can't be freaky fast when only 1 person is working the whole store.
