Ordered a Ceasar wrap at 8:45 pm for my husband's lunch the next day,we live 1 mile from jimmy johns,put in in the refrigerator, my husband took it for lunch in his cooler lunch box he went to eat it it was nasty smelled like dead fish and tasted bad,he thru it out the window I called mgnt at Jimmy John's there's nothing they can do.i have now had 2 bad experiences there now ,I expect better for such pricey subs.we won't go there again ,no wonder there parking lot is always dead.i will for sure spread the word.

Yuck! You toast the bread on the outside only and even to the point of it burnt! Very unflavorful sandwich...
Don’t offer toasted subs, and then shut your oven off 25 minutes BEFORE you close. SMH, makes no sense. Left without buying a sub.

I know that making sandwiches for a living isn't exciting but there is a bare minimum you expect when a customer. When you're gloves are covered in mayonnaise when your wrapping the sandwich up you remove and replace them with clean ones.; not hand the mayo covered sandwich to the customer sticking the receipt to it.
