Change your oil! - your French fries are nasty and cold. Chicken nuggets were chewy and overcooked. Chicken sandwiches hardly had any sauce and only two small pickle slices. Wow. Not usual KFC that we’re used to! Won’t be stopping in any longer.
Very nice place to get food. The chicken sandwich I had was delicious. Price was not that bad. Would go back again.

Ordered a 3 piece tender basket and it came with a long hair cooked into the coating. No refund..just was going to offer me another piece fronthe same batch. NO THANKS Took all control not to return the whole meal on their counter...always wonder why I felt sick after eating at this KFC

Ordered a 8 piece meal. Potatoes were nasty definitely instant not real! chicken was mushy! Mac n cheese was disgusting ? taste like fake cheese! Kfc needs to definitely do better!!

Believed I was ordering chicken Tenders got original recipe that wasn't very warm, tasted of bleach and was rubbery. Coleslaw tasted off as well.Very disappointed in today's visit.

We had to wait 25 - 30 minutes for an order of a 10-piece feast, which is supposed to be all dark meat. The order we received was all white meat. We called to complain and spoke to a very nasty manager. This will be the last time we go to the Faribault MN store.

Went inside to dine about a week ago around 2pm. Got a 2 PC. Chicken pieces were very small and overcooked and dry. Coleslaw was also dry. The biscuit was hard and couldn't finish it, even with butter and honey. For approximately $12. I would hope for better. I was so disappointed I just left without saying anything. Should have gone to Cub....
