I have to say, my visits to the Pizza Ranch in Brainerd, Minnesota have been nothing short of fantastic, and a huge part of that is because of **Molly**. From the moment you walk in, you can immediately feel the warmth and hospitality she brings to the entire experience. Molly is the kind of manager who makes every customer feel like part of the family. Her friendliness and genuine care for people shine through in everything she does.
She not only greets you with a smile but also takes the time to check in on every table, making sure everyone’s needs are met. It’s clear that Molly has a deep connection with her team as well—she leads with such professionalism, making sure everything runs smoothly while still taking time to interact with her staff and provide guidance. You can tell they really respect her because she leads by example.
What really stands out is how **Molly** ensures the food is always fresh and hot. Whether it’s her overseeing the buffet or managing the kitchen staff, you can trust that the pizza is always perfectly made, and nothing ever seems to run out. A pizza buffet with great choices in pizza. Fried chicken! Biscuits and gravy. Eggs. French toast.
The staff were trying but the place was absolutely filthy. We’ve never experienced a Pizza Ranch in this kind of condition, and won’t come back to this location.

We walked in for a family meal and paid. We had a difficult time finding a clean table. There were at least 30 tables and they were all dirty with trash left behind. The floor and buffet lines were unkept and many items on the buffet were empty. We made the choice not to dine there and spoke of our concerns to staff. They refunded our purchase and were decent about it. They spoke about being short staffed. Very disappointed.

The pizza on the buffet was cold and looked like it had been sitting there for a while. The pizza sauce did not taste good. The chicken was overdone. The dessert pizza was hard like it too was sitting for a while. The floor was dirty with food and the table was sticky! And there was no one picking up used plates until we left. The only good things were the soda and the ice cream. Also need some supervision for the staff. Never again will we eat there as this is not our first bad experience at this pizza ranch.

Went for dinner at around 5pm and nothing was really out. They eventually brought food out but it was dry and hard. The dessert pizzas were so hard and cold and also over cooked it wasn’t good. They don’t have the baked chocolate chip cookies or soup like other locations. The fried chicken was full but the chicken was dry. The pasta they had was also hard like it was super old and has been sitting there for hours. Overall, they didn’t offer much and for how old the food was we do not recommend this particular pizza ranch.

Genuinely the worst pizza ranch I've been to. Thusly, here is my list of complaints. Pizza was stale, hardly any food in the warmers, horrible customer service, within the two hours we were there we didn't get ANY of our specialty order pizzas, AND the pizza was horribly made, all of them were plain as high school food. If I were to recommend you anything, go to the st cloud location.

We got there around 3:30pm. Sal’s bar was well stocked, but pizza was very low, lots of pizza pans, most with 1 or 2 pieces on them and pizza was very dried out. Dessert area had 3-4 pieces of Cactus Bread - nothing else. Chicken was low - but was replenished. Pizza remained low until around 4:30pm, and dessert area was restocked at that time. Our table was slow to be cleared, had 3-4 plates stocked up. Maybe it was the time of day and maybe they’re not used to having the buffet all day long (11am-8p).
