The employees were awesome but the apparent manager Donna was super mean to the employees. I watched her full on yell at two young employees for over 3 minutes about some spilt milk right behind the front counter, with 10-15 other people watching. Very inappropriate behavior, it made everyone feel so bad for the employees for being treated so badly.

This store was extremely busy(as expected for a Saturday morning) but the girls were so polite and sweet! They plowed through orders and did it all with a smile on their faces! So much better than our Starbucks where we are from!

Ordered the new strawberry funnel cake frappuccino. What a huge letdown! What we ended up witas srawberry frappuccino. The wait was extremely long aven though we went inside to order......we waited 15-20 minutes to get an order that wasn't correct ant tasted terrible......strawberrt flavored smoothie water wiuld have been better. So UNIMPRESSED that I will never go to a starbucks again!
They thought i was going to steal their tips after i put my tip in there and they took the tip thing away after i put my own money in my bra.. They were over all rude.. Point blank.

Visited four times recently. Each time had to wait over 20 minutes. There has to be a way to provide better service using a better system. Twice my order was wrong.
