Their coffee is super expensive! And when you pay as much as you do for a large latte, it is so weak and tastes like milk. I was so disappointed the last time I was in there. I would love to have been able to say. That coffee was great, but it was weak... 😒

Staff here were always helpful, prompt and friendly. The team here currently work great together. The store was always clean, and orders made exactly as requested.
A year ago when I visited I waited almost an hour for my order on more than one occasion (the store was so busy with mobile orders, and I did order 10 coffees) so it's great to see things have changed for the better here
When you screw up an order you should never make the customer wait on a whole other line of people to fix it. When you do it wrong again after making me wait, you get a bad review. If it was really busy or any excuse would have been great. We were inside standing there waiting so they had no excuse

I order the same thing mostly every morning and sadly I noticed the quality going down. I always get an iced coffee and I been noticing when I take a drink it's always luke warm. I ask for caramel drizzle in the cup and they haven't been doing that lately and my coffee has been tasting watered down lately. I never get as much ice in my coffee as well. I'm sad to see the quality go down.
