The wait time is ridiculous. I ordered ahead and the app said my drink will be ready in 4 minutes. I gave it a extra few minutes to be on the safe side. Yeah no...it took 23 minutes, only for my drink to be wrong! Yes they remade it, but 25 minutes is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time it's taken over 20 minutes to get my drink. Something seriously needs to change. I thought I'd give Starbucks a try again but it's one disappointment after another.

I love Starbucks! I’ve always had a great experience but Kristina, the SHIFT LEAD mind you; had the worst experience ever. Talking rude about others while there’s customers (me and my friend) in the store. Being rude to my face while I’m ordering. Then corrects me when I tell her what I want in my drink because she put it in wrong. Then continues talking crap about customers. Corporete, I hope you see this!

Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my second drink. People who were in line behind me got their drinks before me. It took the 7 workers 20 minutes to realize I had been standing there and to ask what I was waiting for.
