If you like watered-down burn tasting coffee with loads of sugar added, then Satrbucks is the place for you. If you want decent coffee, go to Loco Coffee in brainerd or Lakes Latte in Pequot Lakes.

This starbucks never remembers my cold foam or caramel drizzle. It's ridiculous that I pay extra and every time it's not there. My boyfriend said something one time about how neither the caramel or the cold foam were on the drink, and they argued with him saying it was. It WAS NOT. The Brainerd location gets it right everytime, I don't know why this location struggles so hard. I guess I will go the extra 5 miles down the road for my stuff to be made right to get my monies worth. Just ridiculous.

I love their vanilla sweet cream cold brew here but this is the second time my cup has been 3/4 full. I know there is some foam that is always at the top but I’m talking it’s barely above the top black line. It might not seem like much to most but if you know anything about how cups get larger towards the top that is a lot missing when it comes to your overall percentage of your drink. I’m tired of paying for only a portion of what I should be getting. I will no longer be going here. I would add the photos for proof of how bad it is but the option is not available.

Me and my two friends went to this Starbucks and ordered two venti mango dragon fruit lemonades and we got grande. When I asked why they were grande instead of venti she said that we ordered grande when I said we ordered venture she refused to help us any further.

I was friends with someone that works there and I had to switch my name on the app so she didn't keep messing up my drinks, it was every time I ordered and she was working, she seemed to he doing it on purpose. They can be rude there. I really like to go when jaelyn is there. She is so nice.
