Terrible service this morning. The employee (young lady) took my order, I paid and waited way too long to get my single cup to go. She took the order of the next 2 guys, took their money, warmed up and served their scone. She then took the next guys order and served him his cup for house coffee and warmed scone. She then took the order of the woman behind him and served her a cup of house coffee. Then proceeded to make my coffee and 2 other drinks not belonging to me at the same time. Awful experience and will give my business elsewhere moving forward!

Maple and bacon scone was drool worthy. I overheard the barista telling a different patron that the other locations are closer to the bakery and get more deliveries. We just got regular coffee but it was

Great cookies for sale with great smoothies

Cinnamon Bun Latte was very good and the pumpkin cookie was delish! The staff being less than friendly would be my only concern. Otherwise very quaint sitting area and nice atmosphere.

Coffee=great. Scones=amazing! Bank lobby for seating=Unexpected. For a better atmosphere check out the one in Nisswa.

Out of scones when I arrived at 9:45. I was told the one remaining scone was “reserved,” apparently for a VIP. I have been coming here for years and they can’t seem to fix this problem. If you live outside the area, don’t be surprised to be turned away without being served a scone. They run out quite regularly. I recommend trying other local businesses, this one isn’t focused on customer service.

Scones were amazing. Solo staff did great with managing the few people in line. They also showed a board w new smoothies and refresher drinks for non coffee people

Cecilia is a top notch barista! She served us on three consecutive days at two different locations! She made the best turtle mocha using dark chocolate and sugar free caramel. Well done! Delish! Thanks for enhancing our girls’ getaway !

Hi I have been a customer at this coffee shop for years!!!!! I honestly have never had a girl be so rude to me. I drink coffee all over this state, order from other roasteries around the US to compare. I’m not uneducated when it comes to coffee. So when some girl behind the counter tells me she is going to charge me for NOT getting ice in a nitro cold brew and then proceeded to tell ME I’m not at Starbucks-are you kidding me! Little girl read on why we don’t put ice in NITRO and please send her to a customer service class! I believe in going to a business that is not a huge corporation and giving my money to small businesses! So I will tell you if you keep up that kind of service you will not fair well! Thank you. Ps I did still leave a tip because the other worker was not at fault.

The coffee and service were fantastic! We were passing through the Baxter/Brainerd area a couple weeks ago and came across StoneHouse Coffee. Let me say, both the coffee and the employees were great! If I'm going through Baxter again, I'll be sure to stop by StoneHouse Coffee again!

We had a hard time finding this coffee shop. We drove around three times ignoring the bank building. We finally paid attention to the subdued sign over the door to see the bank building is the coffee shop. Inside is a beautiful fire pit that is the center of the room. Seats are placed around it. The coffee bar is on the far side with a few more tables. This was our very first stop after completing our seven day 330 bicycle ride around central Minnesota. The barista was kind, funny and engaged. The coffee and scone were great.
