I’ve been going here off and on for years. The lady working was rude to me and said that’s how we do it the cheese has to be on top. The rudeness was what got me.

They didn’t heat my chicken bacon sub- disgusting!!! So much for a hot sub. In my 40 years this hasn’t happened. I’m crippled so I couldn’t oversee the making of it

1st time we went we were told we couldn't use the promo sent to us in the app because the stoee didn't participate in the promo , the two ladies there were so nice and helpful that we were okay paying full price even though they advertised there bogo in our app. We then tried to order again after they sent us a whole flyer of coupons in the mail only to put in our entire order (not the end of the world but there's a lot of us) and be told at checkout this store doesn't participate in this promo. Conplete letdown, if you don't want to participate, make sure they aren't sending coupons to us the mail ....
Azriel is doing a great job. It was way too busy for one person she was very quick and care enough to make sure our stuff was made well. This is one of the better subs I have had and she was one of the fastest people I have seen at subway also was pleasant and friendly. I made sure I read her name so I could specify mention that she is doing great. I hope whoever is in charge here is paying attention to the fact that out 2/3 of the good reviews on yelp are about her cause she is the one making this place
Placed an order and realized it was at the wrong store so I called immediately to cancel the order. The lady told me she could not cancel it And she would not refund me my money. She was very rude and she hung up on me not once not twice but three times when I called back to ask what her name was would not give me her name so now I’m taking it up with corporate.

Skip this location, there are better options available right across the road. Used to order take out from this location but they usually miss or mess up the order and say it must have gone to a different subway lol.

Won’t be returning to this location, I find it very unfair they haven’t been respectful or doing new hires if they didn’t wear a formal shirt at an interview. You’re a fast food sub shop, not a formal restaurant.

Got a Philly cheese steak, ordered it without peppers and onions but with mayo, guess what, it had peppers and onions but no mayo! It’s not rocket science folks! Then I drive the hour home eat about half of the one half after picking off the peppers and onions and I got sick as heck within minutes! Thanks a lot ? I’m disabled with digestive issues and you caused my whole day to suck! Never again!
