Used to get good food here, twice now they could not cash app $100 bill. I used the kiosk, set it up, nobody came for 10 minutes then we were told they can't cash my $100 bill. Thought it was a fluke once but no, twice. Never been to a business that cannot accept cash, very disappointed, embarrassed, made me feel like I was wrong, done with these guys
Food wasn't good. Barely any meat in gorditas. Very kind staff. First time I've ever been in a town where Taco John's was better than Taco bell
Average fast food
So behind, so slow. I ordered the food an hour ahead and waited over 30 minutes to get my food. And honestly, I know Taco Bell is trash food but it was somehow the worst TBell I’ve ever eaten.
Extremely rude management
The girl in the window told us her name was Amaya. She was unfortunately super slow and kinds clumsy when taking our order and sadly seemed unapologetic about it. I never write reviews but with the amount of mess ups we dealt with under a single person seemed kind of appalling. I want to give her the benefit of a doubt and say she was just having an off day but I have friends that believe she’s done the same to them in the not so distant past. I didn’t expect much from a fast food worker but if you’re that unhappy with there you work there shouldn’t be much stopping you from finding somewhere else and not taking your frustrations out on customers when they ask you to fix an order you messed up.
Everything i got was cold, Three burritos. One of them the cheesy double beef burrito was falling apart in the wrapper. Two chili cheese burritos were 95% tortilla. The chicken nuggets, well those were horrible i got the bottom of the bag and didnt even get a nugget, they were all tiny and only breading and hard as rock. I dont know what is happening at this location but it is very bad and slow. I threw away 18 dollars worth of food and went to McDonalds and i hate McDonalds. This place needs to be fixed immediately.
The bowls we ordered were a joke. I'm a frequent Taco Bell visitor all over the US, and the bowls are always nicely filled unless I'm requesting less of multiple ingredients. This time, in spite of requesting extra of several ingredients, it was so skimpy, could still see the bottom of the bowl! I'm not sure any of my extras were actually included. I returned to the counter and was told their portions have been too generous so he was actually going by their cards and measuring. He then added another handful of lettuce which only turned it into a salad, not what I ordered. More rice was also added but.... it basically became a salad with the extra lettuce, a very disgusting meal when I was looking forward to my usual--I had requested less cabbage, so I get extra Lettuce?? So all the other TB across the country are over portioned?? Not all TB are highly rated, but at least a meal is a meal, not a salad snack. Won't be back to this one.
Good food and made quickly
They messed our order up and it was cold. Normally they are pretty good.

Still can't get a competent person to work the drive thru.....maybe if you stay open late prepare to get last minute orders instead of refusing service and acting like you don't hear the order.....wonder what your higher ups think of you turning down profits for the company.
Food was wrong had to send it back, then took 30mins for four tacos. Then ordered stuff to go ... All three of us got sick 30mins after eating from there ..... Food and service has went down ... Used to eat there a lot never got sick before and service was great but again this was a year ago when it was great!!!!
First order, wrong taco
Stopped here this evening to pickup a quick mobile order. Drive through was packed so I went inside. Turns out when you go inside, you get completely ignored.
They started my order, and after 40 minutes of waiting, I finally got my $12 meal deal.
Meanwhile cars came and left. 25+ cars went through the drive through, yet my mobile order, placed and started before most of them even arrived, was ignored until the drive through was empty.
Next time, assuming I ever return, I’ll be parking my car in front of the window and block the line until my order arrives— that’s the problem though— you ignore in store customers in favor of pleasing drive through customers.
Y’all just lost a frequent customer.
