Great food and service, and family friendly! We stopped shortly before close on an off-season Sunday, and the server and cook could not have been more friendly or accommodating during what turned out to be a little last-minute rush. Our food was awesome - I’m already planning to stop back on our next trip through for another walleye wrap!

Service was great, the food is tasty, we had burgers, the buns were nice and the burger very tasty. Try the rack burger it has the fried egg on top.We thought the price was a little high. Comes with chips to change to fries is an additional $3.50 and onion rings and additional $5.00

DO NOT GOMe and family went here on vacation/trip we sat down at a plastic folding table then ordered and got are drinks then we waited 45 MIN. we ask were the food was and they never started it so we left- chef/bartender was drinking at the bar

Listen. Coming up from the cities during the off season to Grand Marais has had some hiccups to say the least! Reservation debacles and closed establishments left and right. We were just completely fried heading back to the cities. Essentially all of the possible dining spots from Grand Marais to Beaver Bay were closed so we took our chances here. Let me tell you, if you love colorful vibrant personalities coupled with GREAT food and reasonable pricing stop by and see John. I wish I had taken a before pic but we were famished to say the least. Anyhow I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo it smashed my expectations and apparently the Bucks Burger was delicious as well. So..... if you don't know where to stop, you can trust me....neither did we but sure glad we did! John til next time!!!!

Lived here all my life . I don't know how long they have been open now , but it was a wonderful surprise. I don't know why I had not gone sooner. Food good the service was very good.Nice and neat ,clean . Great little bar. I will be back often

Fry’s we’re soggy food was cold service was no good called and complained about the food and they said ok was much better when it was locally

Food was subpar. My blt was $12. It was over toasted, had 1 thin slice of wilty lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, and 4- 1/2 slices of under cooked fatty bacon. We had the wonton app, which was over fried. The mushrooms were great, though. Food was a bit over priced for what you get.The server was fantastic but slow, rightfully so. The place was full, and she was the only server for the tables and bad area, but she kept up.Not kid friendly- no kid menus.Parking: There are a few spots in front and a few on the side if people park right.
