Waited over 45 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries came out cold asked if I could get fresh at first was told no until another employee showed up and made them. Employees had no idea what was going on I watched other people walk out cook in the back was literally standing there the whole time doing nothing with lines inside and out orders waiting. A corporate employee pulled up and got they’re order right away rest of us had to wait. This place should be closed down until they figure it out they clearly don’t have a clue

Twice I’ve been to this location in the last month and not been able to get any food. One time it was at 7 PM and they wouldn’t even let me in to use the bathroom. They were only serving ice cream and stated they were short on staff. I had waited until this location to eat on my way home and this was the last opportunity to eat before I pulled off on back roadsThe last time I was there, it was 2 PM in the afternoon and even though the menu is fully lit up, again, I was told I could not order any food only ice cream. The last time we were there was 4/1/24. Do not waste your time on trying to get food and definitely do not wait to eat at this location.

worst experience(s) for a dairy queen. i’ve been going there on and off for about 4 months now as my girlfriend works at the parts store next door. i order a twist cone every single time i go, well the last about 3 months, they say “there’s something wrong with the ice cream, like it doesn’t sit on the cone” so for the heck of it, i got it once just to see and the ice cream was complete foam. they don’t offer a discount or a coupon or anything paying 4+ dollars for a trashy cone. i then ordered cheese curds last time i went and they were so fried all the cheese melted out of them, just a hard crispy shell, so i said “not to be a pain but these curds are really expensive and don’t even have cheese in them” she then got snappy at me and said the frier makes them like that, thats how they should be. (i work in saint peter and the DQ there’s curds are NEVER like such, nor the cones) so if you’re wanting a good experience all around, would suggest just passing by this DQ.

Worst experience ever for a Dairy Queen. The slush machine was moldy. The chocolate ice cream machine did not work. The blizzard mixer did not work. We were the only customers in the place and the food was not warm. It was cold and soggy and terrible and when I called them out on the policy of not serving the blizzard upside down that I wanted the money back. They got attitude with me.

Very busy, (there was a tournament in town) but the 3 workers handled every customer with kindness.
Stopped in for lunch at 1pm on a Saturday and they were woefully understaffed. The staff there did the best they could and they were friendly (they are why I gave this place a 2 star rating) but only 2 people on a Saturday is not enough staff to run the operations. Wait times for food were up around 30 minutes, which at that point, no longer constitutes fast food. I highly recommend somewhere else if you are looking for a quick bite to eat in Belle Plaine...

Impatient and disrespectful staff. I've experienced it firsthand, and I've witnessed it happen to others. Ultimately that leads me to believe the franchise owner lacks necessary attributes including the ability to lead.

Bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels even though I told the guy at the counter they were out. Plus it was so cold in there you could have hung meat.
