The food was absolutely nothing like was described in the menu. I ordered my food with zero vegetables, because I detest lettuce in every single way, and my seafood burrito came with a pile of lettuce all over it. The waitress walked by me 2 times and I tried to stop her to tell her I didn't want my food. She finally walked back and threw my bill down and I hadn't even touched my food, so I basically paid for an untouched meal. The waitress never even bothered asking if everything was ok or not. My friends strawberry daiquiri tasted like pure coconut. The fajita that my other friend got was so greasy she could barely eat any of it. Just an all around disappointment!!

This is just your standard Mexican restaurant with a bit of a language barrier, subpar food and massive drinks. Would I go here if I had any other choice? No. Did I have any other choice? No. Did it get the job done? Yes.
The chimi was perfect, and the refried beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, and tomatoes were all FRESH. My server was outstanding. I did not have to ask for refills, he just did it. The chips, white queso, and salsa were bursting with flavor. The meal was so enjoyable, I even tipped the cook. That's a gem here in tiny Belle Plaine. Check it out and enjoy yourselves.

What a wonderful place to eat. We went tonight for the first time and wow. Great atmosphere, wonderful service and great, fresh food. Large portions (half my family brought home leftovers).
