I am only giving a 3 because the manager here is always complaining and looks extremely upset and angry anytime anyone walks in. Especially when it's busy. She oversharea about struggles in her career and life. Overall, the sandwiches are made well, unless you order online, then it is slopped together. Hopefully the manager can find some happiness in her life.

went to resterant on 4 1 23 ordered a 12 inch steak and cheese sandwich meal got allmy vegtables went got a drink out of the cooler paid for my sandwhich meal drove home opened my sandwich to fine out they forgot to put my steak on the sandwich no meat at all called back to store to ask them where the meat was just to get laughed at saying it is in the micowave and i could come back if i wanted it un beliveable they told me that it just happens i was the only one in the store at the time very disappointed in the store and the wy i ws treated wont ever go back !!!!!!

Halloween night my granddaughters got cookies in costume!! Great fresh food and polite servers. Clean!
The food was good, never had bad experiences with the food. What ruined the experience at this location was the manager, Jonathan. He was very rude and dismissive to me and my family. I had ordered a steak and cheese and accidentally had called it a philly cheese steak which is what a steak and cheese is minus the veggies. I told him it was supposed to be a steak and cheese and he argued that it wasn't, and that it was an item on the series menu. Then after we had been seated we were not given napkins and there are no napkins available in the store other than the ones behind the counter. Jonathan continued to give us some napkins after he said rudely said that there were napkins in the bag (that we were not given). He then got snippy with my dad after he had told jonathan that he had been acting rude to customers. Jonathan said that he "did not care about [being rude to customers] it". He seems to be on a power trip.
