Nice brewery, staff was super friendly, much better ales compared to the previous owners. Great seating and crowlers to-go were plenty. I only had the boneless wings and the sauce cups were a little fast foodish. Would of preferred the sweet and sour to be tossed with the boneless wings instead. I'd go back for the cool atmosphereband burgers.

Smash burgers were delicious! And adding onion rings to our order was a great idea. Service was fast, friendly and professional. This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying good food and beer. We will definitely return!!

We visited the brewery close to their opening for the day as part of our tour of new to us breweries in the area.
Pros: The beer is really good. We split a flight, each picking two, and all of the beers were good. The gf isn’t a huge fan of IPAs but liked one of the ones I chose. I’m not usually a fan of stouts/porters but theirs was very good. The service was very helpful and friendly. We were greeted and they made us feel they were happy we were there.
The food smelled good, and other customers stated it was good. We had just eaten breakfast so weren’t hungry.
Cons: This is a stretch but is the only one I can think of. The gf is a cheese curd snob. They have cheese curds on the menu, but they’re the pre battered ones.
We will be back. I wish they were closer to our house (1 hour away). Thank you!
I came here with a friend and I got chicken wings. The sauce comes on the side as an fyi. They are pet friendly on the patio but no-one comes to take your order so if ur bringing a dog you can’t be alone. One person has to go inside to order food. They have a menu item for dogs which is awesome and the service was alright. They forgot to have me pay so I went back inside to pay as I am a good person. I think this place is nice but I won’t go out of my way to go here unless you really like beer or live close. My friend got fries and the portion was huge which was awesome!

This was our first time trying Union Trail.
Things that drew us here. We're the dog friendly unseasoned beef, and the smash burgers to accompany the beer.
They get an initial 5 stars for the food, atmosphere, friendly ladies that greeted us when we got here, and the beers.
They lose a star because there are literally no umbrellas on the patio, and it's a full sun area. Our pooch had a hard time with the small amount of shade we were able to create.
I got a flight, trying samples of their cream ale, a German wheat, an American ale, and a Hazy. Not a single beer on my flight was bad.
We followed that up with smash burgers,and a dog burger for our pooch. It was all awesome!
I will come back to This establishment. weather on a motorcycle ride, or in the general vicinity for other reasons. This is a diamond in the middle of nowhere.
