Portions compared to other Dairy queens halfed. Ordered a large cone got a medium at best. And asked about pup cups . They charge over double for pup cups when others at the most charge 50 cents, most DQ pup cups are free. Even brought my dog over to window (just in case) proof of pup was needed. Building run down, no drive thru, will never go to BENSON MN DQ horrible 1st experience. It will be my last.

I order two chicken strip meals and got extra ranch four in total When we sat down to eat, I noticed they weren't in the box or the bag so I went to the front and asked if I could have 4 ranches and the guy in the front told me how much it was going to cost I told him I paid for it then he said its in the box and I told him no it wasn't before I could finish talking he walked away and went to the back I thought he was getting the ranch But instead he asked a woman if she put the ranch in the box she then walking to the front and said she did she seemed irritated and kept Insisting it was in the box and it was probably under the food. The guy came walking out putting on gloves Walk back with me to my table. Put his hands in my food and moved my food around to see if the ranch was in the box thats absolutely insane first off then walk off and came back with ranch.... I never been to a place where they Put their hands in my food To see if I was lying about not getting my sauce.

Waited over 15 minutes. Didn’t get servers watch over 9 people leave. Watched the 3 girls laugh and joke about if they made people blizzards to soft. Very unprofessional
