Whenever I go eat there I usually get their Egg Foo Young Combination because it's one of their best meals and hard to find places that serves that meal. I recommend that restaurant ???
Lived in Blue Earth for several years, this place was a staple for us. Recently moved away, & have discovered that China Restaurant has apparently ruined us for all other Chinese food! We've tried a few places around where we are now and they just don't measure up. Appreciate what you have! We miss you, China Restaurant!(And if you want to head north a bit to either start a franchise or just teach some folks up here how to make fried rice, we'd be delighted!)
The menu has three vegetarian items along with vegetable versions of other items like lo mein, egg fu yung and chow mein. I ordered the vegetables deluxe. The tables are decorated with Chinese designs. The vegetables came in a sauce. and a bowl of white rice. The dish was good but ordinary. If you need dessert, the Cedar Inn is nearby.
