I don’t care what day it is, holiday or not. Just like any job, you’re EXPECTED TO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. As someone who is a former shift lead of a fast food restaurant, I am extremely disappointed in the service of this restaurant tonight. Not only was my friend’s quarter pounder PINK, yeah take a look at the picture. You think that is food safe? WRONG. Absolutely disgusting.

My family eats at McDonald's often. The service has gotten a little faster in the drive thru but our food has not been the best. We are either missing items or the food is cold.
One day my son didn't even have a hamburger patty on his cheeseburger. Another time they forgot our parfait. Amongst other items over time, like no fries in our bags other times.
