Super frustrated, went into get a 6 inch with one topping just to get no food. I was the first and only person, then 10 minutes later we had a line of 5 me still waiting in front. I had a 30 minute lunch break and spent 22 minutes waiting while the lady was “cleaning” and the manager just sitting in the back on her phone. Not going there for a while

We got the hot shot Italian sandwich. Was supposed to get twice the cheese, but didn’t. Made sandwich like he was in hurry. While eating a lady came out sweeping. She bent over and her bare ass was in our face as we were eating!

Come in at noon you would think The bread would be fresh!!!??? If I had to guess it’s yesterday’s that they are trying to not waste. Italian herb and cheese bread, both subs I ordered were hard as a rock! Dryer than dry!! I get not trying to waste, but we also pay for fresh!!!! Extremely disappointed

I love subway food! I believe that the Blue Earth location could update their bathroom! If a customer can see a bathroom that is in disrepair what does the restaurant look like that the customer can’t see!

Went through the drive through and got my order. Got home and looked at my account and they charged my card twice. Kept giving me excuses and told me it will be put back on my card. Nothing but lies, bunch of thieves. Called again and they hung up on me when I wanted the GM to call me. Turning them into the police.

was the cleanest food store ive seen in a while great food staff was awesome even though i messed my order remade without issue...highly recommend....ive been in the store at several different times nothing looked dirty or bad..the only time ive seen a mess was after a rush of people staff still had a smile after that..

We went to this Subway around 3:30 pm and surprisingly busy! There was only one young female employee who handled all the inside customers and drive thru customers like a champ!
