service is absolutely ridiculous. sat and waited for 25mins just for 2 to-go boxes, waited another 40mins for our bill. waitress walked by us constantly and said nothing to us. we wanted ice cream but they didn’t bother to ask us instead they ended up closing up the restaurant.

Order two pizza’s take out, XL special and a large pepperoni, green and black olives, mushrooms. The xl special was burnt around the edges and dry with no flavor whatsoever and the large was very dry hardly any sauce or flavor. The Braham location used to have some great pizzas. Very disappointing, will never go back.😠

We went into the restaurant and sat down nobody came over for 15 minutes. So we got up and left and decided to order online. Ordering online was easy, but the site didn't tell us when are Pizza would be done. So we thought that we would get a phone call when our pizza is done. 45 minutes later we decided to call to see what was going on. They hadn't even started our order and it would be done in 20-30 minutes. Once again we thought they would call us or send an email or something but they did not. So we called back after another 45 minutes. They told us our pizza had been done for awhile and we could come get it. When I picked up the pizza, I talked to the manager and asked why they didn't call, and he said we don't do that and apologized about the website, no taking any responsibility for very poor customerservice. Having waited an hour and a half for our pizza, i was very angry and just walked out with my pizza. When I got to my car I realized my pizza was cold on top of everything else. I called and told them I wanted a refund. The manager on the phone told me it was my fault for not picking up my pizza sooner. How was I to know that my pizza was even done? The customer service is horrible both in store and take out. The manager is rude and mean. I stopped going there 3 years ago because of the poor customer service. I thought maybe things had changed. There's been a change but not for the better. I will never eat there again and I suggest you don't either.

Pizza was worst I have ever had from a pizza pub normally a big fan. Thin crust was under cooked doughy toppings only on half of pizza cheese bread over cooked and had no garlic. Everything was cold cold

Been eating Pizza Pub pizza since the very first one opened in Pine City Never had a bad pizza until tonight from Braham It was horrible Will never order from here again Pizza had no flavor and the crust was dry and tough like some cheap store bought pre-made frozen garbage Had almost no sauce and very little toppings Worst Pizza ever
