We went into the restaurant and sat down nobody came over for 15 minutes. So we got up and left and decided to order online. Ordering online was easy, but the site didn't tell us when are Pizza would be done. So we thought that we would get a phone call when our pizza is done. 45 minutes later we decided to call to see what was going on. They hadn't even started our order and it would be done in 20-30 minutes. Once again we thought they would call us or send an email or something but they did not. So we called back after another 45 minutes. They told us our pizza had been done for awhile and we could come get it. When I picked up the pizza, I talked to the manager and asked why they didn't call, and he said we don't do that and apologized about the website, no taking any responsibility for very poor customerservice. Having waited an hour and a half for our pizza, i was very angry and just walked out with my pizza. When I got to my car I realized my pizza was cold on top of everything else. I called and told them I wanted a refund. The manager on the phone told me it was my fault for not picking up my pizza sooner. How was I to know that my pizza was even done? The customer service is horrible both in store and take out. The manager is rude and mean. I stopped going there 3 years ago because of the poor customer service. I thought maybe things had changed. There's been a change but not for the better. I will never eat there again and I suggest you don't either.

Pizza was worst I have ever had from a pizza pub normally a big fan. Thin crust was under cooked doughy toppings only on half of pizza cheese bread over cooked and had no garlic. Everything was cold cold

I ordered Pizza for pick-up , it was ready on time, hot and fresh. The pizza was delicious and just what we expected. The staff were helpful when I arrived and provided quick service.

Been eating Pizza Pub pizza since the very first one opened in Pine City Never had a bad pizza until tonight from Braham It was horrible Will never order from here again Pizza had no flavor and the crust was dry and tough like some cheap store bought pre-made frozen garbage Had almost no sauce and very little toppings Worst Pizza ever
Service was just as good as any other. Pizza was wildly overpriced and not very good. You can get better for cheaper.

You can only taste the crust and cheese and meat. You must have cut back back on sauce.We came back 5/5 still disappointed. My daughter said the same thing. The staff is wonderful. I only sent this because I truly love thisPizza Pub. ❤️

We Love Braham pizza pub!! Tonight it was just so amazing!! We like crispy crust.. and it was PERFECT!! We had delivery..and it was HOT!! I expected 45 min and it was here before I was ready! Such a great group of people and it tasted wonderful!!

The last five deliveries have been wrong, all I ever got out of it was a $10 credit. I try to treat the delivery driver good with a tip. The last delivery was during a snow storm so I gave him $40. Not worth the small credit I got. That driver shouldn't have to go to the same place twice.
