Ordered a phillycheesesteak sub and was so disappointed . Wanted it melted and there hardly any meat just stuffed with mostly dressing and all you can taste is mayo (yuck,) . Also did not put any napkins with my order to go like they usually do . Dont think I will be going back to that location.

This location in braham Minnesota t is the worst because the witch of a manager who has been working there forever is very brash and rude. She doesn't accommodate customers at all her customer service skills are horrible. It's bleak at best on her best day.
I've had several problems at this location where she food had been inappropriately cooked too long or left out and became soggy. Also, vegetables not as fresh as it should be.
So I quit going to this location and started going to a Subway 15 miles further away from where I live. I spent $26 and asked for a large cup of ice because I wanted to just have some water and she told me I would have to buy a cup and fill it with water. She would not give me a medium paper cup for free. I just spent a small fortune. This is the only Subway in the entire state of Minnesota I would avoid like the plague.
