The young lady that was working was very rude, Does not know customer service at all. If you're going to have young people working in customer service atmosphere, then they should know how to treat customers. I will never go back to this Subway in braham.the sandwiches were thrown together it felt like we were inconveniencing her. So instead of staying there, we took our order to go.

Never will I ever order online again with Braham Mn Subway. No where mentions that doordash is used, and that they come from a town 20-30 miles away for a delivery 6 blocks away from business. When contacting them, was told could be up to 3-4 hours for delivery. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Ordered a phillycheesesteak sub and was so disappointed . Wanted it melted and there hardly any meat just stuffed with mostly dressing and all you can taste is mayo (yuck,) . Also did not put any napkins with my order to go like they usually do . Dont think I will be going back to that location.

Dietary restrictions: This Subway is rated one star if I could rate it zero I would but I like Subway in generl. This location in braham Minnesota t is the worst because the witch of a manager who has been working there forever is very brash and rude. She doesn't accommodate customers at all her customer service skills are horrible. It's bleak at best on her best day.
I've had several problems at this location where she food had been inappropriately cooked too long or left out and became soggy. Also, vegetables not as fresh as it should be.
So I quit going to this location and started going to a Subway 15 miles further away from where I live. I spent $26 and asked for a large cup of ice because I wanted to just have some water and she told me I would have to buy a cup and fill it with water. She would not give me a medium paper cup for free. I just spent a small fortune. This is the only Subway in the entire state of Minnesota I would avoid like the plague.
