I reserved a table a week in advance, specifically requesting a low top in the corner, but when I arrived, they seemed disorganized and didn't even ask about the reservation. Instead of the requested low top, I was given a high top in the front because, even though the tables weren't full, they hadn't been cleaned or bussed. It took 20 minutes to get a drink, and the appetizer I ordered came out at the same time as the entrée, 15 minutes later. The two staff members on duty were very nice, but if they were falling behind or overwhelmed, they should have asked for help from a manager instead of letting the service suffer.
