Jay's has amazing food, the pizza is one of a kind and priced extremely fair. The variety of games keep my kids entertained for hours on end. My 3 kids age range from 10-14 years old and they Love hanging out here, as do I. The game prices are the cheapest I've ever seen anywhere. Staff is always working hard and extremely kind. Highly recommend this as a #1 spot in town to go.

My family & I have been here many times. We have always enjoyed the food and games. HOWEVER On Saturday night 1/18/25, we brought my in laws, and sister in law and her kids as well(group of 10, 4kids, 6adults)It was cold and we wanted to do something fun with the kids. We got there and ordered pizzas, wings & drinks at 7pm totaling about $150. As we were ordering, the woman taking our order was clearly in a bad mood, & did not seem happy to have our business. She kept saying “anything else?” With attitude. We then spent additional money and got all our kids game cards.. at 8pm we put in an additional 2 orders for wings, because they’re delicious! And the staff proceeded to talk about us negatively as we were sitting right there and could hear them and see them gawking and talking about us! It was 2 teen kids and 2 grown women doing this. I was shocked. They don’t close until 9, I didn’t see any signs posted saying their kitchen closed at a certain time and didn’t feel it was out of line we ordered more but apparently they were all pissed about it and made it obvious. I would also like to add my SIL stood at the counter with their drink cups waiting to be served for about 10min without anyone offering to help and my boyfriend and I cleared off 2 tables that had been empty and left dirty for awhile so that we could have tables together. We also cleaned our tables up after ourselves. I think next time we want to go for pizza and arcade we will go to Pizza ranch. Bummer because I enjoy supporting small businesses but I truly was embarrassed having brought my in laws to this business and having been treated that way.

We had a great time but had to wait over a hr for a pizza for my daughter party and then got pushed out 20 mins before our ending time cuz they over booked party's. And was very rude to us about us have to go I have done a party now 2 times there and this time was different then last year so if u do a party there do it longer then needed cuz if u don't they don't treat u right so unhappy on it all and now thinking of going to pizza ranch for next year. So rude there.

I was craving a Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza. They had it, it was 5 stars. Order and extra side of the Hot Honey. Nough said. Ignore the 4 star rating as I can't give five stars to a place I have never been to, I ordered delivery. Also the 5 star is specifically for the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza. I will be trying more from the menu.

This place has amazing pizza. Awesome bang for your buck. Everything is always hot. One complaint I have is that I tried to order takeout on a Wednesday night, thinking it wouldn't be too busy. I tried ordering online and calling, but my call was ignored and the online system was off. I drove over there to see if they were open, and the kid working told me they shut off takeout when they are busy. Good place to dine in, I wouldn't waste your time trying to get take out.

One thing I will mention is that the last time we went, I ordered the pizza salad, and there was a live caterpillar crawling in my salad. When I showed one of the staff members, they said they buy lettuce that is thoroughly washed, and that was that. I thought maybe they would offer a refund or at least apologize or something, but he seemed unbothered about it and then threw out the remainder of their lettuce package away. It happens, but I feel like it could have been handled differently when addressed. This still won't stop us from going. We love it there, we just won't be ordering a salad anymore. Definitely recommend.
