Please go to the nearest restaurant and order an omelette so you may learn how to make one. Might I suggest, The Skillet, Baxter Cafe, Perkins, The Black & White. This is the second time my family has been to this establishment for omelettes and have once again, had the worst omelettes. On a positive note, 5 stars for service and cleanliness.
