It took about 30 minutes to finally get our food. Then when we finally got it I went to give my kids their meals and half of it was missing. So I go to get all the things missing and the kid that gives it to me tells me that It would have been nice to know sooner and didnt believe me when i was holding my recipt up to show him. Just a young kid that was a smart ass! All the while his manager was right there and never said a word. I told her she better talk to him about his attitude and she walked away from me without a word. Never go to this place do yourself a favor and get something else. Food was cold and soggy by the time we had everything.

Employees were knowledgeable about products when asked and offered recommendations. Sadly, with inflation, a meal is way too expensive for fast food and it's quality is always so/so. We would rather support a small business for such prices.

Terrible experience. Came at 9pm with nobody else in the drive through and the restaurant mostly empty. Waited 20 minutes for our food and they got our order wrong. Do not waste your money going to Burger King.

I sat in a drive thru for over half a hour. For 2 kids meals . This happened on Saturday October 26th 5pm it's supposed to be fast food my son literally fell asleep waiting for his dinner .

I ordered food a few days ago and came thru the drive thru. I got someone else’s order. The whole thing was wrong. I went back yesterday to get my replacement order. Not only did I wait 25 minutes for my food……( was not busy in the least ) They Still got my food wrong. I am sitting here in the drive thru waiting on yet another replacement. It took 4 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the speaker. I have now been sitting in line for 8 minutes and only one car has been helped. This Burger King has the worse customer service I have seen, and it is not very clean. I am pretty sure this will be my last visit. So disappointing.

!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! Absolutely disgusting establishment. Brought my children to play and never again. Upon walking into the establishment I immediately noticed the floors were filthy disgusting even slippery from the pure filth. That should have been my first indication. Next while walking thru the place to the counter I noticed the soda machine, that thing couldn't have been touched in months it was absolutely putrid. Continued to order some food for the kids since I wasn't going to break their hearts and tell them they can't play. My entire order (8 pc chicken nugget LG fry and frozen coke) was wrong but that wasn't a big deal to me that stuff happens but what was a big deal was the ABSOLUTE filth that covered the entire establishment. From the disgusting filth ridden windows to the slimy grease filled floors, the play area was disgusting, the bathroom was make shift and filthy and behind the counter where they were handling food without gloves and dirty fingernails was absolutely unacceptable. I highly recommend nobody eats at this establishment it needs to be shut down. Staff was beyond unprofessional

Took too long as I am waiting in line for my food I already ordered Oct 3rd 2024 they need new management and workers and I don't say that out of hate but seriously it shouldn't take almost a half hr to get food or thru line. The line was backed up couldn't even get out when I did get my food.
