This place always makes my food good. Always seems fresh. However, the older gentleman that was working yesterday at the cashier in the mid afternoon, he is really rude. He definitely doesn't like his job. Don't work with people if you can't treat them respectfully.

A long black hair melted inside a childs double cheeseburger from their kids meal. Burger Kings remedy for this is a $1.52 refund (not even the cost of a double cheeseburger or kids meal). Pretty disgusting (the hair and the response from the company). So just beware you may find hair in your food which aparently isn't a very big deal to Burger King.

Went through the drive-thru, ordered a Bacon King meal with fries and also a Whopper meal with chicken fries. Got the bag, went home, then I realized they forgot the whole Bacon King meal in the bag. Called them, drove back there, and got a new one. Went back home, opened the sandwich, and they didn’t even put bacon on the sandwich…..

Drive through at approx 7pm on a Thursday -from time of order to out the window 18 mins for 3 whopper combos and a sandwich only. -while waiting at window I watched the customers meal in front of us sit for 6 mins by register before they brought it out. -also observed 3 employees handle food order fulfillment without gloves. They also didn't handwash before bare handing it.
All of this was surprising to see and experience. They appeared to have a staff level of 5. It isn’t rocket science, please do better. BK food is our preferred food if we have to get drive thru, but this experience was a real bummer.

The food was great, but forgot the napkins for my drive thru order. Who doesn't need napkins? Good thing I had extras from another fast food chain in my glove box!

Went through the drive through and ordered a brisket whopper meal with onion rings and asked for BBQ, a chicken fry meal with fries, ketchup for sauce, and a royal wrap meal no sauce on the wrap with fries and BBQ packets. We got so ketchup, zesty sauce instead of BBQ (which i can't eat), and a crispy onion whopper instead of a brisket. They also tried to give us a small drink instead of the large ordered for one meal and we got no straws.

Went in later in the day the lady and her son who were working were so nice, got everything we ordered and enjoyed chatting with them while waiting!
I came at 12:20 for lunch and ordered a brisket junior. The beef parry was cold. There was no flavor and very little brisket. Very disappointed.

It took about 30 minutes to finally get our food. Then when we finally got it I went to give my kids their meals and half of it was missing. So I go to get all the things missing and the kid that gives it to me tells me that It would have been nice to know sooner and didnt believe me when i was holding my recipt up to show him. Just a young kid that was a smart ass! All the while his manager was right there and never said a word. I told her she better talk to him about his attitude and she walked away from me without a word. Never go to this place do yourself a favor and get something else. Food was cold and soggy by the time we had everything.

Employees were knowledgeable about products when asked and offered recommendations. Sadly, with inflation, a meal is way too expensive for fast food and it's quality is always so/so. We would rather support a small business for such prices.
