Never got room service or towels, no one took our garbage. Horrible service. Left one night early.

I’ve stayed up this way several times at Grand View always wanted to check out Craguns. One of the worst checkin experiences ive ever been apart of during slow time of workday. I never leave reviews but this hands down the worst checkin experiences ive ever had. 1 hour wait time. Watched other’s come in and get a room to be the after thought and go up multiple times and still rooms not ready. Communication with cleaning staff was terrible. All said and done I kept my cool. I won’t be back.
