Stuff was very friendly and helpful.
Absolutely love both locations in Brainerd. The owner works with her employees 100% hands on. She always carries on the conversation from the last time we stopped. Then her crew carry that same graceful spirit. Every business has its bad day but DQ in Brainerd doesn't have many of those days that I've seen.
I asked for a crunchin cookie sundae and the crunchin cookie dip is on their menu and they gave me a bowl of ice cream with crunch on top of it. I wanted the BLUE dip on top of my ice cream. The girl repeated my order back to me and it was right but she still gave me the wrong the order Know what is on your menu!
Food was HOT and served quickly by very friendly staff. Entire restaurant was exceptionally clean including the restroom.
All of the staff were friendly and the food for the 7 of us came out quickly.
Glad we stopped.
I ordered through the drive-thru today and again my order was incorrect. I really want to like this location, but this is the 3rd time in the past month that my order was wrong. Twice in the drive-thru and once at the counter. Things are trending in the wrong direction! I wonder if this is a capacity issue or something else. It's close which is convenient, but I don't know that I can handle more screw ups before I stop going to Dairy Queen for food. Very disappointing! Management, which was present physically, does not seem to be present mentally!
The sizes for blizzards and fries have gotten smaller.
Was over an hour til close and only one employee was still doing his job. The rest were closing. I'm sorry to that one good employee.
The lady working the headset at 7:40, 8ish pm on Dec 15 was very rude and didn't give us the pretzel bites or forks. Also just threw the food/napkins in the boxes (honey BBQ chicken strip). Right when she started talking she was rushing us and being unprofessional.
They where playing music in the back and it was clean and good and the food was amazing

Waited 25 minutes after ordering my food in the drive-thru for them to not make my food. (10 cars had gone through and gotten their food in this time) One of the employees came out to my car and had to ask what food I ordered. After telling him what I had ordered I waited 10 more minutes before going inside to get a refund. Waited 5 more minutes for someone to even help me and get me a refund. Only thing that was said in a low mono tone was “I’m sorry”. TLDR waited almost 45 minutes to not get any food and have a half assed sorry and two coupons for a blizzard.
Entire business being ran by teenagers of which seem to have no service/management experience. Huge coaching opportunity for the manager/owner.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service and experience.
Almost an hour of waiting for food.
Ordered 2 3 piece chicken strip baskets. One had 2 piece and both had very little fries. Not the first time this happened. Decided to call and complain. Line busy. NOT GOING BACK!!
Nothing but problems from this location. 2 or 3 years ago, the chicken strips we would always order were undercooked and the fries and Texas toast were always very soggy. Fast forward to this year, we wanted to try coming back, see if anything improved. Not at all. Got a cold burger with about a half of a slice of cheese on it, and the buns wouldn't even stay on. Had to throw away the burger completely. Cold fries too, though they were much better. Only thing decent at this location are the blizzards.

This was handed to me by the owner's son. When I asked if there's not hot fudge on top of my hot fudge sundae, he giggled and said I guess not. That's how the owners of this store son is representing.
