Had either an order delivered to the wrong location or stolen immediately after delivery. Gave a call to the store, and the quickly send out new pizzas. This has never happened with this location before. But they quickly resolved the problem. And very quickly at that. This store has always been great to us. And has made themselves our go to for delivery pizza in Brainerd. Great job!!

I never do reviews, but feel compelled after this experience. I ordered a pizza for delivery. They delivered it to the incorrect address. I called the store to see if I could get it delivered to the correct address, and the manager there (Kim) said no that it's not their problem and she hung up on me. :( terrible customer service, especially from a manager. I won't be ordering here again, and Kim should be told to not hang up on customers. If the store delivers to an incorrect address more than 2 blocks away, shouldn't they correct the problem?

I ordered my favorite specialty pizza and garlic bites. Only for them to forget them. I haven't had trouble with them before. So it's really disappointing that they had to go back to get it. But otherwise everything was delicious.

The management at this store is terrible. Ordered pizza and the manger said they don't accept bills over a 20. The bill would of been over 50$ but no there lazy didn't want to deliver it.. He's very rude too.

Thomas was a great delivery man! He was polite and cheerful. Our two pan pizzas and cookie pizza were perfect, sauces and drinks were remembered also.
I ordered ahead for a noon delivery they made my pizza right away so my pizza sat in the warmer from 11:30 - 12:00 so I called the store and asked what’s going on and the lady told me it’s in a hot bag so it will be fine. Ok so I said fine, then at 12:30 I called again and just canceled my order, so she told me they are really busy and it’s not their fault, but I also don’t want a piazza that’s been sitting around for and hour lady. Then she gave me attitude like it’s my fault.

Tryed to order on app it did not let me no points for johnny the staff was amazing tad and Dan were friendly the were super fast that was great because this clown waiting was hogging all 3 chairs her her legs and her bag what a jurk anyways amazing fast friendly staff remembered me and my car from last time I came in just wish apps worked easier

Last night was the worst time I've ordered from here. When we got there my husband was told one of the pizzas had mistakenly sent out with another order so we would have to wait until the driver got back. We got part of our order to eat while we waited. The parmesan bites had to parmesan on them and the garlic knots were actually cinnamon twists. The cook gave us the cinnamon ones for free and made the garlic knots. Once we got the pizzas one of them (probably the one that went for a ride) was soggy. And when I took a bite of the cinnamon twists, there was garlic in them. No more Domino's for us!
