Fantastic experience here, so impressed. Came in from Texas to visit my mother and we stopped by Dunmire's after reading the rave reviews and we were not disappointed. Super friendly and helpful staff, nice clean and open place, and the food was wonderful. Every appetizer and dish that we ordered was fantastic. 10/10 recommend.
The ribeye here is some of the best I've ever had. It really hits that point of melting in your mouth. However, the real best thing here is the corn bread. It's incredibly good. I really wish i could have convinced the cook to let me see the recipe.

Went here with my brothers this last weekend, it was great! The food was absolutely incredible, great drinks, pretty solid service and great prices. I highly recommend swinging by if you have the time!

We waited 45 minutes for our food. The restaurant was cold so I ordered chili. When it finally came, it was lukewarm. The three people I was with ordered various other selections, but all were disappointing. We won't be going back.

We went back and here's today's experience! OMG! Seriously the best food we've ever had! Dunmires Bar and Grill! The flavors stay separate on their own and it's like a party in your mouth!! Grilled steak burger, pulled pork, Canadian bacon with melted cheddar and house made coleslaw on top! Paired with sweet potato fries, waffle fries and homemade chips! And their signature fry sauce. We have half left for breakfast each! Definitely worth your going there!!
1st review: Absolutely great food and service. We really enjoyed our meal here. We both had fish and shrimp. I had sweet potato fries and spouse had waffle fries. Done to perfection!! We definitely will be back. Such nice servers!!

This is one of my favorite spots in the Brainerd area. Been here several times last night the food was the best it's been. It's always been good though. Their fries are amazing and their corn bread is one of the best parts of the meal. Great service, you can tell the owner cares.
$43 plus a $5 tip for two orders of walleye fingers only to get home and find them burnt and terrible would expect better never eat there again

Stopped in for a drink - we were shooed downstairs to outer patio. Outer patio was fine (particularly the other customers) , though the bartender treated us as if we were interrupting her. The main floor staff sent us downstairs through an empty banquet center and the staircase and the light fixture were very dirty - the volume of spiderwebs on the light fixture (and the insects that were trapped in there) were particularly disconcerting. May need a good cleaning. Who walks by that every day and doesn’t clean it?

Ate at the Dunmire's on Hwy 210 near the airport. Our meal was excellent as it always has been every time we have eaten at both Dunmire's in Brainerd. After eating the waitress asked if anybody would like desert and she really built up the carrot cake, so I decided to get a piece of it and take home. I was totally floored when I looked at the bill and discovered that the charge for one slice of carrot cake was $13.99. My mistake for getting a piece of carrot cake (that will never happen again). Sorry, but there is no way that a small-medium slice of cake should ever cost that much. We will continue to eat at Dunmire"s (excellent food), but I will "NEVER", EVER have another desert.

My husband and I stopped by on our way through and had an excellent experience. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the time we stepped through the door until we left. They had great food and service was phenomenal and fast. We will definitely be back!! Can’t say enough good things. To the staff- thank you all for the wonderful hospitality!
