I frequent this Jimmy John's due to bad experiences at the other location in town. Now this location is just as bad as the other in town. The last 3 times I have ordered they have not gotten my sandwich correct. I always ask for extra pickles and the last 3 times have not received that. This trip I had requested extra pickles, mayo and to add onion and got zero pickles again, no onion and very light mayo. And whom ever made my sandwich did it with diry gloves from another sandwich; my turkey sandwich and the inside of the wrapper is filled with a red crusty seasoning. Unfortunately I will not be back.

We went thru the drive thru and received 5 sandwiches which was clearly someone else's order. We told by the VERY rude young lady that we weee wrong and she screamed at us and gave us another sandwich which was wrong again! My husband went in and complained again and finally was given the right order that had been sitting there the whole time! The young lady needs a different job not in the public! We were trying to be honest and not take an order that was close to $80. dollars. What the hell is she so mad about? Never again!

My brother and I stopped in to grab a Jimmy Johns signature sandwich. We were met at the door by an employee, who immediately informed us that they didn't have any bread. I was confused by her remark, because I could see 3 loafs of their sandwich bread in a glass case above their sandwich prep area. When I asked if the bread in the case was available. She aggressively remarked that the remaining bread was going to be used for any online orders that may be coming in later. I've never encountered such disdainful disrespect from a service representative. To say the least, I will never visit this location ever again. I'm aware that they are managed and owned as a franchise, as a friend of mine owns 2 locations in another state. He, I know would also be appalled by such an abhorrent attitude of a service employee.

This JJs have an employee that works for them named Jay he seems like a hard worker with high aspirations honestly I believe one day Jimmy John's will brag that Jay once had a job working for them

The people who work here regularly are great! I know they have turnover, so sometimes what I order is missing things or just a complete mess, but a lot of the time it is made perfectly.
Their wheat bread is amazing, I'm a bit sad I never thought to try it before.
I wish they would have more vegetables, then they'd be perfect. Some green peppers, mushrooms, olives 🥹
Great staff at this location. Very kind and considerate of the concerns with my Gluten Free requirements. Will stop by again when passing through!

If you order online for delivery, be prepared to wait for over an hour for your food. I’ve waited 2 hours once- for delivery in a small town?! Ridiculous!! They shouldn’t offer delivery anymore- I’d rather give my money to DoorDash.
