They don’t fix there mess up. Called to complain cuz they made my clients pizza wrong and all they can say there nothing they can do. Just don’t understand why they can’t fix it.

Ordered ahead to save time. Once we got there to pick up the pizzas, they informed us that they had to remake them because they dropped them. But it would be about another seven minutes. In the meantime, they continue to pump out pizza for other people. Show up about six minutes later and they say it’s gonna be another seven minutes. Again, still pumping out pizzas to other people. One of the pizzas ordered they had to remake. Check back and told it be another 4 to 5 minutes. And yet again still pumping out more pizzas for other customers. Almost 30 minutes later to remake one pizza that was pre-ordered and still no pizza. It does not take 30 minutes to make one pizza. The continued pumping out pizzas for new customers that were ordering instead of taking care of an order that they dropped on the floor from somebody who ordered much earlier.

Pizza is good and the price is great! The drive thru takes longer than walking in. Seems backwards to me. People walking in were walking out with pizza faster than I was moving through the pick up line

As an Uber Eats driver I see a lot of Good and bad at this Little Caesars I am in there frequently and they are very often busy today they were extremely busy. During the heart of the dinner us I watched as what seemed to be the manager handled four different customers two confused employees and a phone call from an employee who was going to be late. He did this very professionally and with courtesy while being as efficient as possible. Sorry that your day seems so chaotic today but for what it's worth whether you were a boss by title or not you were a boss today five stars bro And seriously showing up late to work ain't cool these kids need to stop
Devon was my waiter at little ceasers in Brainerd, MN. I ordered inside the store and Devon was so Helpful, Pleasant,and Very cared about his customers! I was watching him at the window and he treated everyone very well and energetic. This guy needs a raise! Bev Bosch Brainerd

Stopped in here for a pizza the other night hungry af trying to be quick.. no one else was in the drive-thru line, so I figured why not, right? After a lengthy wait.. I drove away with a grease puddle of a pizza and 10 less dollars in my pocket. I miss the days they used to be $5 hot n ready smdh.

They have the option for "well done" when ordering through DoorDash but have only actually provided a well done pizza maybe once out of 50 orders. Typically it's soggy af, and that's a common complaint among people I know.

The only good thing is the pizza most times ... Very rude to customers when they ask for a simple bag to carry there sauces and there prices went up. Guess stick with pizza huts deals way cheaper and better customer service!!!!!
