Great experience all around. Cold brew was made fresh and not overtaken by ice, nice staff, and great place to work on my computer for a bit.

Loco offers smiling service, attentiveness and really good coffee. They offer fun flights of a variety of drinks to try as a unique offering. It is located in an old train depot and keeps that theme inside. There is faith and hope based apparel and books which is uplifting and fun. The layout and lighting isn't a setup for hanging out and settling in but more for meeting friends and chatting. Overall, a great local business to have in the community.

Best coffee shop in Minnesota!!! LOTS of options for everyone’s preferences, always changing seasonal drinks, great flavors, amazing coffee, fun teas, and healthy food choices. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming & staff is always friendly + informative. BLA has a hidden treasure in this space. Thank you, Loco Express, for always being a fun stop—quick pickup, community, special coffee dates, quiet work areas and outdoor seating—you have a place for everyone!!!

Really love the coffee at this shop, but the prices are a bit outrageous! Almost $10 for an iced latte with oat milk… this is steep. They charge a whole $2.50 extra just to sub oat milk. That’s almost the same price as what it costs to buy a whole carton. Coffee is great, just expensive if you want any substitutions.

We are from out of town and love the coffee. We do, however, like to sub for oat milk, which is an additional $2.50. A container of oat milk from the store is probably only four or five dollars. We decided to treat ourselves again today, but ended up a bit disappointed. My daughter forgot to order decaf. (Shes pregnant) when we asked the staff about the amount of espresso in the coffees because of the situation, they were informative. I can not help but feel that any other coffee shop would offer to “make this right” costumers mistake or not. I ordered a decaf for her, and paid an additional $8.50. I think the business needs to understand that sometimes taking care of their customers is what makes them successful. As many times as Starbucks compensated us over the years,I think we will have to go back to the chain coffee shop when we are in town. 2 med and 1 iced coffee for 28$

a girls trip based around coffee flights landed us here. We got to talk to one of the owners, she was very nice and informative. We are already making plans to visit in the summer to try another style of flights!

LOVE the midwinter iced coffee flight! So flavorful, great coffee taste and loved the variety! Ordered via Text, they were able to accommodate my "to-go" order and was ready is a very timely manner! There butter cake was absolutely delicious! I will be stopping by on my way through again!

Very nice coffee shop in the old Pacific Northern repair yard. They have a very nice variety of teas and coffees for sale. Very nice chill atmosphere to enjoy your drink and dive into the internet. A large variety of local goods available for sale.

This coffee shop is by far the best one I’ve ever visited. The three gals working when I was there were so sweet and friendly! I’m from the twin cities area and I’ve never had such an amazing experience like the one I had here. They all kept a nice conversation with me when they weren’t super busy as I was sat at the bar top. And the way these gals just worked in harmony when the rush hit was flawless! I’m definitely coming back again any time I’m visiting the Brainerd area! Also I hate banana but their banana hazelnut latte has a grasp on me because it’s so yummy. It’s also super affordable compared to Starbucks or caribou and wayyyyy better coffee in my opinion. I visit on the morning of 10/22. I also got a lot of stuff because I like trying new things! Definitely check out their coffee flights!! So yummy!

Excellent coffee house in the BLA! We visit from the Hutchinson area and come here every time. Cold brew woke me right up and my wife and daughter enjoyed the Caramel Polar Express. Definitely worth the visit and experience the Northern Pacific Center in all its history.
