Slow service for a McDonalds at lunch time. Took about 10 minutes to get food. They must be understaffed. Food was as expected. Restaurant was clean.

Yeah unfortunately it will fall on deaf ears when it comes to any kind of Leadership at this store, but do yourself a favor and choose something else. There is no integrity at this particular McDonalds location anymore. They screw up and try to fix it with a stupid apple pie coupon. Don't give me an apple pie coupon for your ignorance...do better for your customers. If it is the same Manager that I saw a few months back, it's completely understandable, she was terrible.

I went to the drive thru and began to say: I’ll have a quarter pounder deluxe..” then I was immediately cut off by the person taking my order who asked me “the sandwich or the meal?” I pulled up to the payment window and noticed her name is Linda. I would say a senior citizen. I have never had a problem here when I have stopped in the past. I used to live in the Twin Cities and had much friendlier experiences with the staff at those McDonald’s locations. She should not be helping customers.

Stuck working late in a snow storm, I slid into here for supper on the way home. Parking lot was clear, not busy at all. Got my order, and headed for home. I almost didn't make it due to the deep snow. Once home, I discovered they screwed my entire order up. Nothing special ordered, just straight off the menu items. I called and talked to someone calming to be the manager. I explained the situation, was told to simply just drive back in to have the order fixed. Offered no other help otherwise, then I discovered he's not the store manager, and screw my order. @mcdonalds, this place needs some cleaning of house.

Easy breezy! Quick & hot
“fast food.” I personally love to order in the mobile app, because then you get access to exclusive deals & it tracks my account so I get free food every so often. Otherwise, you can still order the old fashioned way- in person, with an actual human; or utilize any of the “self ordering screens” (inside) if you decide to sit down and eat. Plus you can still order using your mobile app account if you scan the QR code before ordering on those kiosks. FYI-They usually have good deals on breakfast.

Had to try the snack wrap. Didn’t get to try it. Unwrapped it and there was so much liquid that everything was soggy. It was almost like someone made it and stepped on it a few times. The fries were soggy and gross! Those must have been sitting around just waiting. Poor experience.

McDonald's used to be more human oriented if you know what I mean. Now it's. Order NOW or even before you get there. Pay NOW or before you even get there. Get your food and leave. Oh and have a good day. Because we have to say that. We don't care. Prices for the amount of food are not really going in the correct direction. The only thing this fast food place has going for them is the App in which you can gain free food and discounts which help a lot on the total price of your order.

Not the best McD's. Automated ordering system doesn't work well, I never got a number or receipt. Also, really tired of the constant asking for upgrades. It's dumb, I order exactly what I wanted but still got asked three times to upgrade.
