The past 3 times I have went to ne mcdonalds. My fries have been old and cold same my burger. That past 2 times we went around noon. I can not remember the last time we got remotely fresh food. Its sad because the service and food used to be top notch.

so, when did we stop giving out the sauces that were requested in the order using the app? and why can't we give feedback in the app? Last several visits, something is missing. Sauce, napkins, the sandwich, the extras we pay for on the sandwich, like cheese and pickles...

Slower than everywhere else in town and your food usually isn't right. And good luck getting your issue solved, all the workers ignore you at the counter. Won't be going back

No employees to be found for help. They all stood around in the kitchen ignoring my children as they were trying to get their forgotten tea. Forgot tea, made both burgers wrong, forgot sauces, fries were old and kinda cold. Every table was dirty. Not sure I'd come back for quite a while.

For real as with all fast food places nearby this McDonald's seems to be understaffed and the staff they do have this seems to be their first job ever. This McDonald's does not give you more than expected given the cultural climate but they do not give you less than expected either.

Ordered sat down waited at table ,it was dine in had a number ,waited for about 20 mins or so got up to check on order ,I asked he pointed to the warmer ,I told him it was to be brought to table ,not to go, showed him the receipt ,he stated things happen are pops were iced down food was cold ,this has happened alot Iam tired of it and they don't do any thing about it ,,,,SAD
