Back in November I had an extremely negative experience Regarding a happy meal that I had purchased for my child that did not come with the advertise toy. I selected a toy and received a toddler toy Which was not what was advertised. I spoke to Brooke Who said she would send me out some coupons, but they never came. I understand the happy meals, change, and terms of the toys that they offer. But if they are offering something in the mobile app and giving something completely different, that should be noted. And if something is offered in compensation to an issue, it should be followed through on. I never received any follow-through.

When my brothers and my dad where waiting and when I looked in the cooking area and people were dancing and staring at us and walked away my dad said "my son needs something he is diabetic" and the worker said"were busy right now but they were just standing there

Frequent issues with soft drinks, Dr. pepper mainly. Seems like every other time I go here the Dr. pepper tastes “off” like there isn’t enough syrup in it. This is a very frequent occurrence here.
Point 2 is the quality of the food, half warm, sloppy, soggy bun, slathered in ketchup or mayo. The food isn’t being given an ounce of care, and most times only slightly resembles a food item a person would want to eat.
Going forward I will go to local restaurants instead.

Brought a bus full of passengers and driver was denied a meal because the group did not call ahead. The bus stops 4 to 5 times a month with groups. This is the first time being denied. Will not stop at with groups when in the area Very disappointed
