Let me just start by saying how AMAZING this place is! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed so warmly! I am OBSESSED with the protein shakes. They do giveaways, punch cards and so much more! This is my GO-TO for my protein shakes! Don’t walk, RUN to Midtown!

This was my first stop after completing my very first 5K! Patty is so incredibly supportive and uplifting. The shake and tea combo was delicious, nutritious, and was just what I needed this morning after a long run.

The absolute sweetest staff and owner! Delivery option is a God send! These ladies are always smiling, and have DAILY discounts in fun games- spin the wheel, bag toss, guessing games punch cards- and so much more! ❤️ absolutely delicious shakes and teas! My daughter and I try to go almost daily!! Super great flavors and so good for you! They constantly introduce new flavors as well as açaí bowls/ protein donuts/ and protein treats! 5 stars!!

I go here every morning for a shake to start my day! Ever day has something fun happening and the energy is always great. Also really good chocolate based shakes like brownie batter and fried Oreo

I enjoy the things done each day for customer appreciation - giveaways, money off, or drawings - available to each customer.
