Let me just start by saying how AMAZING this place is! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed so warmly! I am OBSESSED with the protein shakes. They do giveaways, punch cards and so much more! This is my GO-TO for my protein shakes! Don’t walk, RUN to Midtown!
This was my first stop after completing my very first 5K! Patty is so incredibly supportive and uplifting. The shake and tea combo was delicious, nutritious, and was just what I needed this morning after a long run.

These ladies are always smiling, and have DAILY discounts in fun games- spin the wheel, bag toss, guessing games punch cards- and so much more! ❤️ absolutely delicious shakes and teas! My daughter and I try to go almost daily!! Super great flavors and so good for you! They constantly introduce new flavors as well as açaí bowls/ protein donuts/ and protein treats! 5 stars!!
