Absolutely terrible service I ordered food at 952am it is now after 11am and I still don't have my food finally had to just cancel my order and demand a refund at 1145 am . Absolutely atrocious service.0 stars on my review

Seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing & slow service, got tiered of waiting for our pie’s. And had to go by the kitchen and asked her to make them to go. That took quite a while. When I opened the the lemon meringue it didn’t have a crust under it and the meringue was on one side off the the lemon. I should not have left a tip!

The restaurant’s heat was out during my visit. It wasn’t freezing inside since it was 40-some degrees outside, but it was still a bit chilly. The reason for only giving two stars was that when hot food is served on cold plates, it loses heat fast. By the time my pancakes and eggs reached my table, they were barely lukewarm. The food itself was fine, but they really need to keep the plates under a warmer if the heat isn’t working, so the food still arrives at the table hot.

This place is marked as handicap ♿ accessible. It is far from it! Apparently the owner is not aware of the struggle it is to enter & exit this place. Not even any door opening buttons.

Our server was very good. They just didn't have enough servers, so it was a long wait. The food was of average quality typical of Perkins. The atmosphere was okay.

Took almost 2 hours to get our food, waited for a table for 40-50 mins. Once seated we waited another 46 mins (we timed it) to get our food. The only reason I'm writing this review is that this is not a one off. Almost every time we go it's at LEAST and hour - hour and a half before we are served food. Even if we go at less busy times. Waitresses and staff are always very nice, however.
