Came in at 1:40pm, not busy at all, took over 15 minutes just to get menus and drinks ordered. Cheese curds were burnt and wild rice pot pie was subpar. Drink order was incorrect and took awhile to get correct drink as server never came back by to see how everything was. When we complained about the burnt and subpar food and how we hardly touched any of it, server brought our bill with no apology or a discount. When we called her back about the food and bill again she said she would have to ask the owner about discounting our bill. They did take both the cheese curds and pot pie off the bill, we were only asking for a discount, but the subtracting from bill came with a snarky comment that since their food was not to our taste we shouldn’t come back!!!! Who does this! You are telling customers not to come back? Way to run a business! Don’t worry we will never be back again! We would have still tipped the server as how food was cooked was not her fault, however, she should have refused to serve burnt food. But since she was so inattentive, apologized for nothing and gave us attitude and the snarky comment about not coming back, she got no tip.

We had an excellent lunch today and I just wanted to give a shoutout for great food and great service from Janel. Such a fun new concept of a monthly changing menu based on various countries….gives people a chance to learn about different areas of the world with the interesting facts provided, and also to expand their palates. The regular menu has a lot to choose from as well, and we’ve really enjoyed the smash burger, Reuben, and egg roll bowl. The food is high quality, many things locally sourced, with a great cocktail menu as well. You’re doing a great job Passport…keep it up! Can’t wait to try Fiji next month!

Good food too - for my money it's the craft cocktail experience that particularly shines here. The Moscow Mule flights will have you in analysis paralysis trying to decide which one you like best. They are also an incredible value when you consider how much craft the bartender puts into each one - both mixing it and the prep behind the infused vodkas and reductions.

Thought we were just stopping in for lunch and a beer but ended moving up to the bar for a couple hours and trying all the concoctions. Bartender was a blast.

The service was not good. We were there for over 15 minutes and our waitress kept walking by, several times with only two other couples in the restaurant and we had to flag her down while she was standing and looking around, just to order a cocktail. Food was not great. Soup was cold. Stir fry was not good. We will not return.

The staff & atmosphere at Passport were phenomenal! I didn’t care for the Red Curry, but the burger and fries were to die for. We also ordered a dairy free chocolate mousse to go for dessert - wow! Almost turned the car around to get another.

Tried to eat here on Mother’s Day it said to seat yourself but we weren’t acknowledged for 20 minutes. They were not at full capacity and we saw people come in and sit down after us and get drinks right away. I understand being busy on a holiday but nobody was paying attention to who was coming into the restaurant. We ended up just leaving because we had our toddler with us.

Sage on Laurel doesn't disappoint when it comes to their menu. With many options and their willingness to make accommodations for dietary needs it's easy to find something at Sage on Laurel. The atmosphere is charming and interesting. With unique pieces of art hanging on the walls and on tables. The servers were cordial and willing to help with suggestions and quick to take our order. Many have worked in the restaurant industry for many years and have extensive knowledge of how to make guests feel special.
